Good advice on saving money but poor after care from Vodafone
Good advice on saving money and the in store experience was fine , my phone was due to be picked up today and I was going to get a text about picking it up. I have had no text and there is no way of contacting this shop directly- I spent 7 minutes waiting on a central number asking how to contact the actual shop , talking to an AI and then finally an advisor on a very bad line who could not help . Not happy

Great service and product knowledge
Gave up with Vodaphone call centre and went into Haywards Heath store. So glad, team in there were amazing. Jess sorted out a device upgrade and two SIM upgrades all for a great deal. Vodaphone's promotions are opaque to say the least but they knew them all. Left very satisfied. Thanks to all.

Discusting customer service
Follow up review to my last one, having re rang the number advised on here was told they could do nothing. Told to go back to the store. Store told me they could do nothing after telling me 3 times phone was in warranty and that maybe we could trade the phone in for an upgrade the device was less than a year old when it developed faults a fault that meant it was unusable as a phone. This is absolutely disgusting customer service after being a customer for 10 years I should be compensated as I haven't been able to use my phone for 6months not charged £265 I would appreciate if a manager from Vodafone could contact me
