visited the Lincoln High Street store yesterday looking for a upgrade to my iphone 11. Ayman was really helpful and happy to answer all of my questions and also offered a fair Part Ex deal. I left with a new phone and very happy with the service and help. Thanks Ayman and Vodafone....Much appreciated

A visit of two halves
Visited Vodafone Lincoln 13/5, and was served by Francesca. She was professional, helpful and engaging in dealing with my issue. Great service. However, I can't say the same about the manager of the branch. He was miserable, and extremely abrupt acting as though it was beneath him to speak to customers. Thankfully there was Francesca.
