We were served by Will who was thoroughly excellent at getting us the best package upgrade. He was patient , understanding and very supportive to ensure that my partner got the deal he wanted. The service in the Jesmond area of Newcastle upon Tyne is absolutely disgusting only 13mbps whilst paying £31 a month for the stupid contract ridiculous get it sorted now I'm a vulnerable adult and I need good service in case something happens to me
