I had an issue understanding my bills
I had an issue understanding my bills and the discounts applied to each of my 3 contacts so I popped in to my local store in Salisbury and a staff member came and asked if I needed any help, She said her name was charlotte and had taken me to sit and look over my concerns, She was extremely patience with me and helped me with all my questions (there was a lot of them) but I left knowing how to understand the charges and I didn't realise that 2 of my contracts were over and I was able to upgrade and get 2 new phones which I will be coming back this week for. The customer service she has provided was exceptional and she will be my go to staff member for all my problems. Thanks again!

I visited the Salisbury branch recently and was served by Alexandra, who was genuinely outstanding. Rather than pushing the first option at me, she took the time to understand my situation properly and recommended a solution that actually made sense for my needs. She was patient throughout, answered every question I had without making me feel rushed, and clearly knows the products inside out. It's rare to leave a phone shop feeling like you've been looked after rather than just sold to — Alexandra managed exactly that. A real credit to the Salisbury team.

Super helpful and down to earth
Charlotte was super helpful finding me a plan that was right for me, saved me money and have me a great new phone with a better data plan.
When I returned to the store to take up the offer, Megan was so kind, friendly and understanding. She listened to what I was after and made it clear what I was choosing and the options available.
When the phone wasn't availible on the day, she called another store to arrange for me to pick up same day. She was great for a chat and made me feel really welcome!
Excellent customer service and down to earth vibes guys!
