Loui was so helpful on our visit to your store, he was helpful, friendly, and explained everything, as a manager in retail myself, it is a dream to have members of staff that do their job this well,all companies need more sales people like Loui, was a pleasure meeting him.

Went into meadowhall store to look at upgrading and loui the sales rep was absolutely brilliant from start to finish couldn't do enough for us, great attitude and full service well done Vodafone!!!

Fantastic customer service from Loui at the Sheffield, Meadowhall store. After a very stressful day he treat my mum with compassion and really calmed her down after she lost her phone and needed a new sim card. After a very frustrating experience yesterday spending 1 hour 40 minutes on the phone to Vodafone sales — only to be told at the end of the call that the phone I wanted was no longer available — I decided to visit the Meadowhall store today instead.

I’m so glad I did. From the moment I walked in, Loui and Puja were welcoming, professional, and genuinely helpful. They completely turned my experience around and managed to get me an even better deal on the latest iPhone 17 Pro Max, along with helping me trade in my old phone.

I especially want to mention Loui, who I believe is new to the team. Honestly, I would never have known — his confidence, professionalism, and customer service were outstanding throughout.

Thank you both for making the whole process smooth and stress-free. I’ll definitely be returning to the Meadowhall branch and would happily recommend them to friends, family, and work colleagues.

Absolutely outstanding service from Mia at the Vodafone Meadowhall Sheffield store. Honestly one of the best customer service experiences I’ve ever had. From the moment I walked in, Mia was welcoming, professional, and incredibly knowledgeable. She went above and beyond to help me sort everything out and made what I thought was going to be a stressful upgrade feel completely effortless.

She took the time to explain every option properly, answered all my questions without rushing me, and genuinely cared about making sure I got the best deal for what I needed instead of just trying to sell me anything. Her attitude, patience, and positive energy made such a difference.

I needed a new tariff to cover the USA. Sam listened to me and clarified what I needed. He explained the cost if I were to stay on my current tariff then looked at a new tariff. He explained everything clearly and was able to answer all my questions. He also reassured me that my phone would not need any changes, which for me was big thing.
My experience was quick and I left the store extremely happy. Thanks Sam

I have been in Sheffield Meadowhall to upgrade to a new handset and sim. The lovely lady Andreea was really knowledgeable, patient and kind. I also got new broadband and got some discounts for it. Fantastic service from Andreea. Saarah was also very helpful and lovely. Great experience overall

Ramzan was excellent helping sort out the right contract for broadband and mobile phone contracts for my sister and I. He was patient and went into just enough detail for our needs. He also advised us not to add broadband into our new home until we knew a moving date which made us feel he was working in our best interests. He remembered us and our requirements on subsequent occasions and we are very happy with him and Vodafone services, especially as we’re paying a lot less per month switching from another provider who didn’t look after us – even though we were long serving customers! Would very much recommend the store at Meadowhall which was welcoming and made it so easy for us.
