This was my first time visiting this Vodafone in Meadowhall in Sheffield. A young lady named Andreea treated me very politely, kindly, and respectfully. I truly recommend going there. I am very satisfied with their service, especially with Andreea.Also, Ms. Sapinta helped me very kindly. Both of them do their job perfectly. Today had the pleasure of meeting Sam
Today had the pleasure of meeting Sam, we mentioned our requirments and he promptly and professionaly laid out all options while giving clear information easy to understand and explaining the best options for us. Sam was compossed and genuine which is a rare these days which added to the pleasurable experience both me and my wife had with him. We updated two phone contracts along with broadband to which are extremly happy with what we received. Thank you Sam for being real,genuine and most of all extreamly helpful! Thank you

Alex was absolutely amazing from start…
Alex was absolutely amazing from start to finish. I hadn’t upgraded my phone in a while and he explained everything thoroughly so I understood. He was friendly, helpful and looked to get me the best deal possible. The process of upgrading was made to feel a lot easier than it is over the phone.
It’s rare to come across customer service that feels so personal and attentive. Vodafone is lucky to have Alex!
