Was very helpful
My experience was great I was served instantly and I was greeted by James. He was very helpful in explaining about my phone plans and what will happen next. The computer system was really slow but he did apologise, which was no fault of his own He did what he could and it was very much appreciated.

Upgrade experience
Came in to upgrade my phone after a previous offer. Unfortunately that deal wasn't available anymore but the team were great and help me find the best deal for me. They spent time with me and made me feel really comfortable. Amazing customer service! Thanks Macerena and Jubel!
