I can't recommend the Swindon Vodafone store enough! I recently visited with a complicated issue regarding my account, and the staff were incredibly helpful. They spent several hours patiently sorting everything out and, most impressively, went above and beyond to find me the absolute best deal.
A special thank you to Georgia, who was absolutely fantastic. Her customer service was outstanding. Not only did she work diligently on my account in-store, but she also went out of her way to provide updates via text, which I really appreciated. A few weeks after my transaction, she even followed up to make sure I was happy with everything. This level of dedication is rare and truly shows how much they value their customers. Thank you, Georgia, for making a potentially stressful situation so easy and positive!

Nothing is too much trouble......
it was time for a new phone and because of my daughter's previous excellent service with Vodaphone Swindon I decided to look into switching with them but, at the same time, was worried about the switch. I went to speak to Mac in Swindon who spent time looking for a suitable new phone and sim. No sales pressure and gave me all the information, including the dreaded network switch and transfer of everything on my old phone. I went ahead with the recommendations which suited me perfectly and the switch was so easy all done for me. Mac has so much technical knowledge on phones (more I am sure) and had the perfect approach for customer care. I am so happy with my new phone, sim plan and that I have switched to Vodaphone. Thanks Mac.
