Used this company from the start they are NHS approved I had 2 mini heart attacks when I was in my 20s and was told in my 30s to stop smoking as arteries are clogging and it could be fatal next time I asked about vapes they said do your research so I did now I may not agree that vapours are any good for our lungs but it’s got to be better than smoking a tar cigarette so I tried them I have never looked back since 2022 if I have any issues with flavours or devices they make sure I am taken care of and are very patient and professional all on all they are the best company I have found I do not suffer with problems with my heart now lungs or anything else since vuse, I am most appreciative to them very high quality standers and if you order from them on there web site they also give you discount on packs and send you new device free of change I have recommended them always and will carry on doing so big thankyou for a healthier life style 🫶🏽100% satisfied 😊

Fantastic customer service. Responses were prompt and the agent that helped walked me through each phase.

I have had at least one of the following issues on more than half of my orders over the last two years:

- Online payment system crashing
- Subscription order processing delay
- Orders not dispatched same day
- Orders not dispatched on next day delivery service
- Subscription products are out of stock
- Faulty or leaking products received

I expect a monthly subscription to be processed and to arrive on time without me having to check it every month or having to call Customer Services to let them know there is (another) problem.
I also expect to receive consistently high-quality products.

I absolutely can't fault Vuse's Customer Service Department. Their staff are very helpful and do their best to resolve issues.

Vuse need to address problems with their website, their online payments/subscription payments system, warehouse management and quality control.

Receiving damaged products and absolutely horrendous customer service! This is how this company treats clients of 7 years, imagine how your experience will be! FYI, this review is for Vuse Canada, avoid them!

After the theft of my order in transit, the Vuse customer service operator was excellent. They assisted me in formally reporting the theft and declaring my position and promptly replaced the order and dispatched.
It is unusally, in my experience, to have a satisfactory interaction with customer service these days let alone a good one, so well done Aferdita.

I called Vuse today and 'Ligata B' answered she was extremely polite, patianet and helpful.

Had an issue with my order being delivered. It was in no way Vuse fault. It was the courier. I went on the live chat and spoke with Karen B. She was great resolved the issue and re-issued my order. They also used a different courier for this order as I explained this keeps happening with this particular courier. Great customer service. Thank you

Change of design of battery means pods don't fit and the original Pro model is no longer in the shops, only available on line. I bought two of the new model devices (£14) but cannot use them. Viktor (your agent) was polite and extremely helpful and patient and offered to send me a Pro unit but needed me to open an account and then upload age verification. I understand why, but this is a long and arduous process for someone who is 71 and not tech savvy and it required several attempts to sort the age verification by camera. Whilst I appreciate the free device (worth £6.99) I had to invest over 5 hours to-ing and fro-ing from shops trying to find the product and then to sort out the account and verification to receive your poduct! Why have you removed it from the supermarkets? Thanks for your help Viktor.

It took me a while to find chilled mint after stopping smoking, the are great.
Also I had to contact vuse’s customer services . What an absolute delight. They were quick to resolve issue, if only other companies could work the same. Well done guys.

Vuse customer services are very good however your courier Evri are completely unreliable please send all your deliveries with DPD
