I have been a customer for many years, however, over the last year I have had many issues with the subscriptions I have with Vuse, the requests and changes I make online do not work, I am sat waiting on subscriptions that don't arrive because they haven't gone through (not through the fault of my bank), there is no email to state there has been as issue etc. I have contacted Vuse on many occasions including today and told for the third time to cancel my subscription and try again, I asked the advisor to take some responsibility for this being the companies fault and he said he has told me what to do he can't do anymore. My order costs a lot of money, you'd think they would want custom. Really disappointed in the company and it's customer service. I would like to add that a lovely lady from Vuse has just contacted me and was extremely helpful, she has raised a concern and this will now be looked into properly. All it takes is someone who cares. Really appreciate her efforts in resolving this.

The product I've been using for years now. Gabor on the support side has been exemplary. Excellent all round !

I had an issue with an undelivered order. I called Vuse and spoke to an extremely helpful gentleman called Gabor T. Via email he 'talked' me through the process of re-ordering and updating my account. He was friendly, efficient, professional and resolved my issue quickly and effectively. I was particularly impressed with his positive attitude, quick response time and personalised approach, making our interaction pleasant and productive. Really refreshing to receive superb and prompt customer care. Thank you, keep up the good work!

As always great customer service. Good thing is all staff I have deal with are polite and respectful/courteous ladies. I have been buying Vuse products since 2020 and still continuing. Another fact is compared to other vape and brands I must say this company’s products are outstanding and much better.

Really amazing customer service, especially from Paula S. In Vuse Customer Care. I received a special offer that unfortunately went out of stock before I took up the offer, and upon writing to Vuse to find out if they would restock, they offered me an equivalent for free and, if that wasn't enough, free shipping as well!

Exceptional customer service provided by Karen B both on the phone and via email. My order got lost in the post. Karen helped track it and then sent out a replacement order. Super friendly and helpful!

Really like the product and the flavours, but I have bought so many of the chargeable pens and none of them seem to last long, I tried vuse go and that’s the same charges once and that’s it. It might be me, not good makes me want to reach for the fags.

Orders are delivered with DHL and as it seems never arrive. As in my case, ordered Tuesday expected Wednesday, it is Friday still nothing.

Issue with my delayed order was resolved, order delay was no fault of vuse but DHL.
Received a good will gesture of free pods.
Also very quick to respond to my email.

I’ve been using these for some time now and online orders have been great. (Be careful when ordering Christmas time) I’ve had an issue with my most recent order being delayed, contacted them and Jeta F with customer services, they confirmed all details, advised on the delay and even sending me a free pack for the inconvenience, which I wasn’t expecting at all!! If only all customer services were this good!

Answered the phone straight away. Sorted my query without hesitation. Followed up with courtesy phone call to make sure I was satisfied.
Customer service like the good old days.

Ordered from these guys once, now keep getting marketing letters. i never gave permission for my data to be used in this way or yo be added to mailing lists and that's a gdpr breach
