The car I rented from VW Stoke was brand new and in perfect order, the pick up process was smooth and pleasant in smart surroundings with the extremely professional and helpful Keelea who made sure I understood what I needed to know and took care of everything as quickly and efficiently as possible.

I’ll be back in the next time I need to rent a car and if I was looking to buy a VW based on that experience with Keelea, I’d definitely consider Johnsons Stoke.

Seamless service from beginning to end. Emailed a few times to ask about potential car and the information provided was perfect to make the correct decision.
Booked the car and emailed driving licence etc for checks.
On the day took about 15 minutes handover and the return just as efficient.

After being let down by Europcar on the day of pick up…. Its was a seamless process almost within a hour to book, pay, get all checks done and pick up the car at Volkswagen Stoke on Trent. Chelsea did an amazing job and was extremely helpful - drop off was just as smooth!

What a great hassal free experience with Volkswagen Stoke-on-Trent. We have travelled from Australia and needed a vehicle for our road trip, i can't thank the staff enough for such an easygoing process with no complicated nonsense and fantastic price. Great price for the hire of ten days plus the service was fantastic would highly recommend

VWFS was the only car rental that let me pick the car I could hire, being a rather tall gentleman I struggle with alot of cars so I have to be picky. Josh was absolutely great headed sure the car I had rented was comfortable and that I had plenty of room.

The car I rented was a 25 plate Passat and it was a dream to drive and at a surprisingly low cost.

Will deffently be renting from these guys again.

We hired a skoda kodiaq from Friday 23rd May to Monday 2nd June.
Joshua was really friendly and approachable and extremely helpful. He talked us through the hire process really clearly and made sure we understood everything.
When we returned the car he was just as friendly and helpful and explained about the deposit refund and took us around the car again. He even thanked us for looking after it.
This will 100% be our first port of call for any future car hires.
