Quality is Questionable.

Great store with about anything your looking for. But... since there is so much there the quality of some items is questionable.

How I Love Walmart

I love going to Walmart. I have never seen a greater store than Walmart. There is so many choices and such variety. I could spend the whole day there and not see everything there. So many choices.

Also, Walmart is a one stop store. With a grocery store. When I got paid, I went to Walmart. I bought groceries and got a money order. Before I went to Walmart, I had to go to the convenience store to get my money order, then went to grocery store.

I really do love Walmart and always be a loyal customer.

Wal-Mart

The Wal-Mart Store in the Cleveland, Ohio Steelyard is the worst Wal-Mart I have ever been in. The 'associates' are NOT knowledgeable about anything in the store. If you try to approach one of them to ask a question, they go the other way or just rudely say "not my department." The cashiers are so ignorant acting; they are so busy trying to see what's happening in the front of the store, the cannot focus on the customer at the check-out(s).

NOT ONE OF THE STORE'S EMPLOYEES HAS A CLUE AS TO THE MEANING OF CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!

Hassle free return. Yeah, right!

On October 24th, 2018, I decided to take my son shopping for his Halloween costume. I also browsed for myself because I had a party to attend that weekend. Anyway, by the weekend, I ended up with the flu and stayed in. My son enjoyed his costume on October 31st and this is why I gave an extra star. I went to return my costume on November 3rd, still in original bag, packaging, and reciept. I was told at the Returns Dept No, we do not do returns on costumes after Halloween.So, I then emailed customer service and their reply was: We offer 90-day returns, hassle free on everything with the exception of what is listed on the back of reciept as well is listed in our policy inserted link to policy So, I return back to the same store next day, different person working. I explain that I emailed customer service and they replied that it is refundable. The woman tells me that anything that is holiday items are not returnable after the holiday. I pointed out that it is not in their policy or their reciept, there was no signs indicating this. Had I known, I would have taken my sick self back and returned it the day before halloween. I also pointed out the website still has costumes full/priced and their return policies all indicate they are returnable and it is after the Holiday. Now, I just emailed customer service again. For a hassle free return, sure does seem like alot of hassle.

I No Longer Shop Here

Terrible company to shop from, sure they have some products at lower prices than Amazon pantry or local fruit/ veggie stands, but I would rather do bussiness with a company that actually respects their customers. I used to be a loyal customer who regularly spent a considerable amount of money here, but I recently left a bag I had paid for in the store and I am being treated as if I am trying to steal from them. My refund would be less than $10, but after talking to the customer service associates at my Walmart and several emails with unfulfilled promises by the corporate office, my local branch of this billion dollar company basically stole my money because either their employees were too lazy to report my bag was left there or another customer stole it. One would assume a billion dollar company could refund a customer less than $10 when they will accept just about any returned item. I hope other unhappy customers choose better retailers as well.

I absolutely love the new" buy…

I absolutely love the new" buy groceries online and pick up at the store" thing that Walmart is doing. They always bring out everything so quick and replace items they don't have with even better items. I love this new service, and it is so helpful to me. I have four children, so waiting in line was a hassle. This new way to grocery shop is wonderful for me.

They treat their employees like crap

They treat their employees like crap. They stores are always too hot or too cold. Its cold in winter and hot in the summer, in the stores, I'm surprised that they don't have for lawsuits from employees. Also, at a store in South Jordan utah, they managers retaliate against the employees

The Walmart store in The Colony

The Walmart store in The Colony, Texas 75056, It is too hot in the store. It can be 97 degrees outside and it feels like it is 80 degrees in the store, is not comfortable to shop.This has been going on for a few months. The employees look uncomfortable, some sweating it is so bad. I have decided to shop at Target across the road, Since I can't finish shopping in the store. I usually spend about $300 a month. Just lost a customer over something employees and customers have complained about. How sad.

THIS WAL MART WERE THE TRANNZY PHARMACIST IS LOCATED WHOM will dispense insulin like product biological with short expirations date that he sold the product 8 /12/17 and expired 11/1/2017 which is 900 % defective biological product for insulin level treatment

watch what they are dispensing for @ wal mart pharmacies are dispensing for you to inject
and die with defective insulin like materials
under false pretenses
conclusion boycott them means WAL MART THEY WILL POISON YOU if you let them
how y stop y write to every board f pharmacy in the country for this violations
conclusion either you either let poison you
and kill you or complain to state
respective board of pharmacy in your state Capital D YU WILL SAVE LIFE
