Seamless Service
I wouldn't hesitate to use Waste Water Suppliers for the foreseeable. Having been let down by other suppliers ... who shall remain nameless, it became clear very quickly that Rob knows his industry, his partners and suppliers. If seamless service and clear communication is what you're after with a competitive price edge then I really wouldnt look any further than Waste Water Supplies.
Appreciate all your efforts in helping us get sorted pre-Christmas hosting Rob!
All the very best for the New Year

Had a full refund this week after…
Had a full refund this week after failure to deliver what we ordered. I’m sure they’ll blame their supplier and they’ve now apparently stopped providing goods from them but my attempted purchase was made via this company. Apparently they had tried to deliver but there is also 2 families that live on site and no communication to say they were here either.Ordered similar from another company for slightly more but was here within 48hours!

Resposta da Wastewater Supplies
Hi Thomas,
I do apologise for the service you have had form our previous supplier (Total Waste Water Supplies) and as you have stated we no longer use them due to their failings. They were quite a bit cheaper than others and hence their deliveries were not being sent out by national couriers which seemed to have an effect on delivery times.
We now only use manufacturers that use DPD or similar for our deliveries.
Expensive product not as advertised
Expensive product not as advertised. Tub contents should be 5kg net. Given the price, I expect receive exactly what I paid for. I weighed the tub that was delivered. Including the tub it weighed 4.6 kg. I am going to inform trading standards.

Resposta da Wastewater Supplies
Hi,
This is a product we buy in and supply and have evidence that the total weight delivered to you was over 5kg
The picture you have supplied appears to show some very small kitchen scales which couldn't calculate the weight of the product delivered accurately. (appears some of the product isn't even on the scales as they are too small)
I was pleased with the prompt
I was pleased with the prompt , pleasant and helpful service.
Thank you.

Goods did not arrive
Goods did not arrive , constantly told they were dispatched and should be with me. The following week I receive a call from courier confirming they had only just picked up the package, after it was due to me and it still would not be delivered for another day.
The problem was the middle man, selling the item but not stocking it. I will go direct next time, as I would have done had I known this was the set up.

Resposta da Wastewater Supplies
Hi Ron,
I apologise for your experience you have received whilst trying to order this particular pump station from ourselves.
As you can see from all our previous reviews we have never had this issue before. This particular item comes direct from the manufacture, but we do stock a number of items at our premises. We offer a cheaper prices than going direct as we pass this saving on to the customer.
We were told by this manufacture it was out for delivery Thursday and then Friday which we relayed to you straight away and can only apologise that we were also lied to either by this courier or the manufacture.
I believe the 1 star review is unfair as you have the issue with the courier and not ourselves.
Vortex 4 buying experience
Good company to deal with - helpful and communicative. Tank arrived as arranged with no hassle. Raising piece arrived later again with no problems. Would use again if I needed another tank.

Very good experience overall..
Very good experience overall... the only thing I would say is that the fact that off loading is the responsibility of the customer, should be clearly stated directly on the tanks sales page, rather than being within a separate shipping tab.
