Fantastic service
Fantastic service. Great prices and fast delivery. Return my first order as the watch wasn't quite what I was expecting; absolutely no issue with the return and refunded immediately on receipt. Happily recommend/use again

Resposta da Watch Bazaar
Hi Adrian
Thank you for your review, extremely sorry about this, the model you bought was a older discontinued watch, and its likely by the item you gifted on Christmas morning the battery ran out, please reach out to customer services and we will have the money refunded back

Ordered the watch as had previously owned a Diesel Big Daddy watch but repair costs were almost as much as replacing it. After some research and checking reviews ordered this as a Christmas gift from the wife was my justification. Wasn't really expecting delivery before Christmas but it arrived the full working day after ordering. Couldn't fault a thing. Great price great watch and rapid delivery

Absolutely shocking company do not go there.
Bought my husband a waterproof diesel watch went wrong in a matter of weeks!
He takes off for showers and does no water sports. On this occasion they replaced it and again after approximately 6 weeks it’s happened again!! Again the problem occurred and after 3/4 months from start to finish including a replacement watch and hey ho it’s not under warranty anymore ! Really it’s 4 months old.I thought things were under warranty for 12 months!! Also advertised as water resistant again. WB REFUSING to do anything about it Under warranty and states water proof and will do nothing. NEVER AGAIN.
