Honestly so disappointed in Watch Bazaar, ordered from them and my item was stolen. I contacted their courier who was Royal Mail to let them know that my item was fraudulently signed for and not received and was given a reference number and informed that Watch Bazaar should have made my item special recorded delivery not signed for and that they’d only insured the item up to £50 even though it is worth a lot more then that. I have contacted the police for a crime reference number and also emailed Watch Bazaar who have yet to contact me back even though it has been well over 24 hours. Wouldn’t use this site again and be careful as they do not protect your items to their fullest value.
