Watch Bazaar Avaliações

It was very bad experience because I ordered this watch from this website Watch Bazaar and as I have already paid for the shipping charges out of UK and the delivery guy came to deliver this watch to me he asked me for more €22 because he told me that you have to pay for the shipping, which I’ve already paid the shipping charges of €13 in the website and also the packaging was not good. It was came with a blank details and I am worried about quality of the watch. I don’t know it is like original or fake so I don’t suggest anyone to buy the watch from this website.

Accidently broke my son's watch. Saw this identical one at such a good price. Delivered 2 days later and he hasn't a clue that it's a different watch. Fabulous.

Good communication re when dispatched/arriving etc . Well packaged. Fast delivery. Lovely watch, would use again

Customer service is very fast responding back to your questions. Also helpful if you have any issues.

Brilliant service and great watch. Next day delivery was perfect, and communication first class. Would definitely recommend

Just as described. Delivery was super fast

Have ordered a watch from here a month ago and still haven’t received it a scam company when I emailed them they didn’t reply and no phone number to call

Very happy. Purchased a watch for my daughter’s birthday. Ordering was easy and user friendly and delivery was quick and secure. Watch looks great and as advertised but hasn’t been gifted yet but fingers crossed it’ll be loved by the recipient.

Good price and delivery was on time on correct day

Received what I ordered, quick delivery, good condition very good price compared to other sellers.

came quick good price wasn’t presented well tho

Beware of this company. I bought a watch and it never came. Their courier Royal Mail provided a fake signature on the tracking reference and the company did not care that it never arrived. They failed to investigate and they refused to put a claim with Royal Mail. They are dodgy and despite me saying I can provide proof that I never received the watch they never believed me of ask to see the proof. They are very dismissive and they did not comply with UK consumer law. DON’T BUY WITH THEM. Better pay a little more and buy from a reputable company.

Amazing service. My watch arrived with its battery broken. I emailed Watch Bazaar, they replied immediately and offered to reimburse me for a new battery. Really pleasant and helpful to deal with. Highly recommend this watch company!
