Invoice Problem
We could not access our invoice online because of a Wave IT problem, but Leo, over the phone, was able to deal with the problem and also gave good advice for reducing our sewage bill.

The operator I spoke to was very polite and helpful but the wait on hold before I was transferred to an operator was very long and I needed to get through them rather than use the call back.

Billing issues
My phone call regarding incorrect billing, turning a business partnership into a limited company for no apparent reason and sending letters and texts saying the monthly payment was still outstanding despite it being paid on the due date sending bills for two accounts on different dates was handled in a very polite and professional manner by Laura, the lady I spoke to.
She said she would look into and resolve the matters.
It’s just a pity she probably does not have the back up of the rear echelons, but we will see.

Excellent customer service from Debs
Lovely lady called Deb helped with a payment - we hadn’t received the invoice in the post, that was the initial reason for our call.
She then took her time in explaining the direct debit process to my wife & I.

As a small family business where we don’t have different departments to sort things out it made a refreshing change to deal with a utility company where one person (Laura) stuck with us chasing and following up our concerns and emailing updates which resulted in her helping get a very positive result.

Absolutely useless company
Absolutely useless company. They spend more time trying to explain there way out if a situation than helping me. There readings don’t tally up and they won’t listen when i explain to them about the sub meter dedtuctions they should be taking off so l’m paying for someones elses water as well as mine. Then they don't put a hold on my account while they sort it out ans charge me a late payment fee.
Can’t wait to find a new supplier who understands.
