I came in to talk to Steve majors about getting a new car I had no idea what car I wanted and he picked one out that was perfectly suited and under my price range Steve was extremely informative and polite throughout the whole experience i drove away the same day

Absolute SCAM! Ladies and gentlemen, open your wallets… or better, take out a loan! We brought our car in for an MOT and from the first minute they claimed an engine problem. Somehow, a tiny list of minor things ballooned into a £3,000 bill, and we have no idea what was even done or why we were charged.
The engine is STILL broken, yet they demanded £11,000 more or offered a lease like it’s a joke. They tried to force us to replace tyres unnecessarily, refused to refund, and even charged us knowing the car would fail the MOT!
We took it elsewhere and the same engine problem is being for £2,500. This is outright theft disguised as ‘high standards’. Avoid these scammers at all costs

Please avoid this company at all costs, absolute cowboys and 0 aftersales support.
I rang the dealership the previous day before giving a deposit for the vehicle, I asked a simple question of does this vehicle have any issues?
To which a sales manager responded to me saying the car was perfect as she drove it a few times before.
When I arrived after my 3 hour train journey, I found immediately that the parking sensors were faulty and constantly staying on. ( very convenient that the sales manager drove it and there was nothing wrong with it, and it went through a “117 point inspection”)
I was advised by the sales man that I could take this to me local garage to get fixed and they would pay the costs as i live far from the dealership.
After 1 day of driving the vehicle the engine management light came on stating ( P0016 crankshaft fault), I raised this issue to the after sales team.
The entire process of the after sales is a purposely slow strategy to just make you give up, hours after days of no response, finally after complaining to the finance company about the issue they agreed to collect my car as they didn’t want to take it to a local dealer to me “ in case they don’t fix it properly”.
I was informed the car would be here by 1pm, I waited at home and lost out on work, and would you believe it the person collecting the car never showed up.
Avoid these cowboys at all costs, I don’t believe these cars are not inspected in the slightest, based on my experience I suspect they just come off the back of a BCA wagon and go straight into the showroom.

STAY WELL AWAY.... I left a £99 holding fee to view a vehicle, which Steve in sales said was returnable if i didn't like the vehicle. They cancelled the viewing, the car had an oil leak. I never got to see the car. Numerous calls, emails and messages over several months, and the money still not returned. Was there even a car to view, how many people do they do this to ? Unethical and unprofessional. Do not do business with these people.

After a long process to finding the right car sahand today was great and made the process more comfortable

After having serious issues with the car straight after purchase, I have been waiting over a week for someone from the aftersales team to even contact me, let alone get it sorted. Be warned, they are very quick to take your money, but terrible when it comes to sorting out issues.

Sahand was absolutely amazing throughout the entire car buying process. After trying for so long to get finance approval from other places with no luck, he genuinely went the extra mile to help me get accepted. He searched through so many different options to find me the best possible rate and made sure everything went smoothly from start to finish.

His customer service is outstanding. He was kind, patient, and really supportive during a time when I needed help the most. What impressed me even more was that he followed up after the sale to check how everything was going and if I needed anything else. That kind of care is rare these days.

If you want someone who actually looks out for you and puts in the effort, Sahand is the one to go to.

Terrible experience. After reading the reviews we thought we would give it a chance and it was a waste of 5 hours in our life going there with a disabled, with serious and a lot illness baby. We looked at the car that we wanted, terrible condition. Also, they said had done the service, 117 point check wich we don’t think they ever done on any car.
- The rear seats should be moved forwards and backwards, however, in this car didn't not moved at all
- factory accessories were missing
- under the engine from the panel clips was missing so that was just hanging
- both back side brake pad and disc unusable, immediate should be replaced
- right front headlight need to change which cost a lot
- all around damaged, scratches, dents
- The headlining and everything in the car were filthy and smelly
etc....

Who was deal with us around the car was rude, contemptuous. How he was talk with us, not worthy of a normal person, he was arrogant, conceited.
