This has to be the worst experince I have ever had buying a vehicle. I collected the vehicle, and front camera was not working. They said take car away, find any other problems, then bring car back to have camera fitted. Found numerous other faults including a damages tailgate where there was smashed glass inside tailgate that fell onto my daughter’s head. Driveshaft noisy, steering adjustment with steering wheel at 45 degrees. I tried rejecting the car, was told I could not. I bought the car 4 weeks ago, and I’ve only driven it for a week. They do not return calls, lie about updates. When I do get through to someone, they tell me a completely different story to what the last person told me. I cannot recommend this garage to anyone, and can only recommend that you avoid them at all costs. Crappy cars, appalling customer service, and simply the worst car sales site I have ever come across in my life. Avoid at all costs

We bought a car with West motors and paid extra for a warranty. There was a difficulty with the computer system and gear box within one month. We took the car to a certified dealer to fix the problem. Now West motors are not answering our calls and are refusing to pay from the warranty. Terrible.

The dealer that delt with us was easy to talk to and was a lot of help.

Bought my Mercedes Benz e class here early November 2024.
Decided to get it checked over with an independent garage once it was in my possession.

The bill of problems totals £2321! Failed air bag suspension, new pads put on old worn discs, massive oil leak through the rocker cover gasket, water pump knackered, OSF track rod in ver very poor condition, no service done on the car as promised!!

Rang this ‘dealership’ to inform them I wanted it sorted as it’s still within 30 days warranty but refused to speak on the phone, it all had to be done through email, which they take weeks to answer. I was told I had to drop the car off and leave it with them for a minimum of 6 weeks…. That’s just for them to look around the car…. Not to fix!!! I was offered a courtesy car but was told there is a LONG waiting list…… says a lot about the cars they sell!!!

I also emailed them for the missing cup holders, yet again took weeks and weeks to sort out with stooling tactics of asking for pictures of different places of the car to make sure I hadn’t ’misplaced it’.

Another issue I had was these pirates didn’t ever send off the new v5 to the dvla, no matter how many times I emailed and rang. In the end I had to sort it with a v62.
Just gave them a ring to see if I was still on the waiting list for a courtesy car as the problems are getting worse now and got told I had to email to find out where, if I still am, on the list.
The date is now 25th march 2025!!!!

Once the car is off the forecourt they do not care!!!
Do not buy from here!!

I bought a BMW X4 from these guys, and it had issues with changing gears. Within less than 7 days, I was back with the car. They tried to tell me that the hesitation in changing gears was because I had run-flat tires and the vibrations were caused by rough roads. After I got one of the guys to drive it, they admitted there was an issue and said they would get someone "who works for BMW" to have a look. This "specialist" mentioned the transfer case and replaced it with a remanufactured one, but they used the same old oil. I asked for everything in writing to ensure I wouldn't lose the extra warranty, which, of course, never happened.

Long story short, the car broke down again 2000 km away, between Christmas and New Year. When checked, these cowboys had not installed the transfer case properly and damaged the gearbox and the drive shaft. Additionally, they never serviced the car, old oil and filters, and the brake pads were non-existent even though the car was supposedly fully serviced. To top it off, I nearly had a massive accident because they filled the windscreen washer with AdBlue liquid. COWBOYS! Stay away, as far as you can.

He was great, it was a very simple and easy process.

Salim did a great job. Was helpful and courteous throughout. Car looks good. Would buy from them again.

Very smooth and efficient, Sahand was very helpful and was great with communication throughout. Really easy process for someone like me who hasn’t purchased a vehicle in years with a friendly staff.

Super helpful staff lots of great cars to choose from. Sahand looked after us very knowledgeable and there was no pressure. Family friendly (nappy accent while we were looking at cars) provided an area to do the change without any issue. Would highly recommend.
