Be careful with this company! I purchased a vehicle Nov 23, BMW to be specific. Ran good for a year did all my services etc. and kept my vehicle in good order. Randomly I had a drivetrain warning come up and getting a hold of their after sales team was really difficult, this was the start of my issues. I continuously rang and got told people would return my calls which never happened. Eventually their one saving grace Salim (sales employee) put me through to their CS manager in DEC who was able to get my vehicle checked. This was only after I made a horrible review which they asked me to take down. This time this one is staying up! Long store short. They said my clutch was gone and needed replacement. They said they would have it done in Dec but it didn't get done till Jan and they had my vehicle for an entire week. When I got my vehicle back it felt the same although they said they put new clutch and something else on there. I had an warning light on my dash but they said it was due to my screen upgrade. I figured ok and left after giving them grief about it. I got my vehicle back 31st of January and drove it home where it remained parked up I went away on the 8th and got back Saturday evening. I drove my verhicle 33 mins to drop off some stuff and a further 23 mins to my partners. TELL ME WHY MY ENGINE MANAGEMENT LIGHT IS BACK ON!!! THESE GUYS ARE DISGENUINE AND I FEEL ROBBED OF MY MONIES. NOT ONLY THIS BUT I AM YET TO GET AN INVOICE FOR THE WORK CARRIED OUT AND THE FACT THEY HAD ME SIGN UP TO WARRANT PLUS WHICH INCURRED A 10% FEE IS ALL A BIT TRICKY. VERY DISAPPOINTED IN THIS COMPANY'S UNTRUSTWORTHYNESS. THEIR INABILITY TO DO A JOB GOOD NOW I WILL MOST LIKELY HAVE TO TAKE MY VEHICLE TO A BMW CERTIFIED MECHANIC TO GET THE WORK DONE AND INCURR THOSE COST MYSELF.

Very bad customer service and a scam. Saleem will try his best to get you to put a £99 deposit which he will tell you it’s refundable. The £99 is apparently to take the vehicle off the website. Through out the whole process the car was still showing available on the website which he lied about. When my finance got rejected apparently I couldn’t get my £99 back because it has passed 48 hours and they took the car off the market. If I had known about the 48 hours policy I wouldn’t have left a deposit. They knew either way they will get at least £99, what a scam. I will be reporting this for miss selling.
Saleem needs to learn a lot about customer service. He is very rude and thinks he knows it all and doesn’t put customer first., I did not give him permission to store my number and contact me through his private mobile phone which is unprofessional and breaching data protection set by the ICO. I will be getting in contact with all relevant governing boards. +44 7417 414983 That’s the number Salem has been using to harass me.
Furthermore Saleem was coaching me to lie to lender by telling them the car needs a new timing belt just so that he can gain an additional £900 in sales which the lender laughed at. The plan was for him to use that £900 for their warranty product.

The car was presented to me dirty with a lot of rust and scratches when I took it for a test drive.

Avoid at all cost and do not put down a deposit to secure the car.

I am still fighting to get my £99 back.

The company push too hard with the upsells.

My guess is all the staff are trained to scam and this is normal practice to them.

I asked to speak to a manager but they refused to let me speak to her. I was told the manager said after 48 hours no refunds on a refundable deposit.

Very dishonest dealer.They are adding huge extra cost without consulting the customer under different policies.

They colaborate with different warranty companies only for their advantage .

Would not recommend this company. After driving 2 hours to view a car we had seen online we arrived to take the car for a test, immediately upon turning the engine on we see warning lights flashing up on the car regarding the lights not working. Further warning lights appeared when we looked further into the cars onboard computer system. Salesman claimed he had no idea & hadn't seen them, even though he admitted he had moved the car round for us that morning. They said they would get this fixed & let us know when done. Never heard anything.
We had paid a deposit through the website to hold the car previous to this, after multiple phone calls & emails we finally received the money back nearly 3 weeks later!

Great company and experience. No rush sales, allowed me to look at the vehicle without standing over my shoulder and gave us room to discuss moving forward. Happy with my purchase of BMW 5 Series. Would definitely recommend and will come back in the future. Massive thanks to Roshan for all his help.

I recently bought a Jaguar F-Type Convertible from West Motors Bromley. Rob was very helpful throughout the enquiry, inspection and purchase stages. He was knowledgeable and honest about the car and its features, very helpful in answering my numerous questions about it and in getting a ceramic coating applied prior to purchase. After my inspection he was even able to send me pictures of the underside on the lift in their workshop. This professional and enthusiastic service was quite a contrast to an upcountry "supercar" dealer where I tried a very similar vehicle: there they behaved as if they were doing me a favour in trying to sell me a car. I have been delighted with the car since I picked it up at the end of November.....I would be happy to recommend West Motors to friends and family if they were looking to buy a used JLR vehicle.....

Absolutely useless company. I bought a Mercedes A class (ND64PVJ) when I arrived I was made to wait 35 minutes before they brought out the car, I think this was so they could clear the fault code. The car drove fine when on the test drive, The car had a engine management light on when I was handed the key. I was told it was the DPF filter was needing a regen. I took the car back on Thursday and it was there for two days, Mr Khan advised me that the DPF issue was resolved and the car as okay. When I drove home the light came back on. The car is in limp mode. The car went back in again and I was given a courtesy car. It was there another two days. The car was delivered back to still in limp mode as well as no working air con and the start stop not working. I had enough of the dealership being incompetent. The RAC came out and told me it was injector four that needed replacing. The dealer wouldn't hear of this probably because they didn't wanna pay for a new injector. I decided to give the car back before my 14 days was up as I didn't want to be stuck with a faulty car. Also the brake discs were completely shot and needed replacing. So much for a 117 point check. Wouldn't touch any of their cars that they obviously don't do any checks on.

I purchase a very clean and well maintained Jaguar from this company who were attentive and courteous throughout. The deal offered was competitive and honoured without question. I've driven the car for a few days and I am delighted with it. I would highly recommend this company.

Avoid! They sold me a car with faulty A/C back in July 2024. After several failed attempts, around 10 phone calls, 6 WhatsApp messages and 3 emails, they promised to fix the problem and filled 170out the correct 500gr of gas in my car. September we had terrible days, and I had no A/C resolved. They made a claim to Warranty First , alleging that my car had a problem with the Starter system, which is not true therefore no service provided. Warranty First was contacted by myself and I found that they repaired back over £300 for the “service”.
West motors have an awful after sales service, terrible mechanic service and not trustful in service. If you choose to buy a car from them, do it at your own risk.
They probably will come up with some foolish reply… once again, you choose either to believe or not. There are so many other car sales with brilliant servi and reputation. Why take the risk?
