West Motors delivered the car from Bromley to Wales and their driver took time out to explain how it works for which I was very grateful.
Their after sales service was excellent too, nothing was too much trouble.

Do not buy from this dealership. The staff are very rude and the dealers do not sale products in good faith at all. They fraudulently sale products to profit them selves and trick you into financing 36 months warranty packages from a company called Warranty first and you end up paying interest on the warranty.

I had this experience when I bought a car from this dealer in April 2024 and the car flooded in September 2024. Insurance paid the full value of the car, however both West Motors and Warranty First refused to refund the 36Month warranty they had charged me for £1600 which i only used for 4 months. They tricked me into a loss.

Awful customer service! I bought a car from West Motors a year ago and also purchased a deal for 3 annual minor services plus a 3-year warranty. Trying to book the car in for the first of these services has taken weeks! And then when they apparently carried it out, they gave me no paperwork and took three times as long as they said it would take. Repeated calls to ask for the paperwork have been either unanswered or met with rude salespeople who then still do not send the paperwork. DONT BUY A CAR FROM THESE PEOPLE, and CERTAINLY don't buy an expensive warranty and service plan!

Update:
I had to send off for my own logbook after a few months of owning the car as the DVLA never received any documentation.

The car had a faulty 12v battery that I had to get replace but West Motors covered It.

The right speaker grill on the door was broken and was told that the part is being ordered. They have reimbursed me and the part is being fitted on the 6th of November.

I received the logbook for a completely wrong vehicle which I returned back to West Motors who told me that they were going to deal with it. I have received two PCNs for this vehicle and the DVLA has not received the V5C that I sent back to the dealership but my name has now been removed after an investigation with DVLA.

Thoroughly recommend West Motors. No Hard sell , you can browse the cars at your leisure and test drive.
Great range of cars to view in quiet surroundings.
All the staff are friendly and approachable.
Kal was patient and kind with great after care too.
Will recommend West Motors to anyone looking for a used car.
