It was a great experience with the dealership. Salim.it was very helpful.

I feel compelled to share my frustration with West Motors. While the sales pitch was impressive, the follow-through was severely lacking. They assured me that I would receive documentation for the service and the 117-point inspection, but nothing has been provided to date.

After the purchase, I encountered issues almost immediately—first with the suspension, which failed within the first week, and then with a tire that blew out due to a cracked wheel. Despite multiple attempts to contact them, I received no response. I’ve been completely ghosted, with no replies to calls or messages.

In the end, I had to cover all the repairs out of my own pocket. The service was incredibly poor, and I would not recommend them based on my experience.

After my initial review of 5 stars when first purchased a bmw 330e from them , now after being handed with a bill to replace the front discs and all tyre sensors after only 3 weeks, then being ghosted by them I'd never recommend anyone listens yo the lies they spew, completely untrustworthy dealership

This dealership is not the place to shop if you want an honest service with a reliable vehicle. I was sold a vehicle which has been in for repair twice for significant repairs since March, and tricked me in to signing a finance agreement through them to “save me the £495 fee it would have cost me for sourcing my own finance”. They assured me that the cost would be the same, but it has in fact worked out that I am spending over £2,000 more than the finance I had sourced myself. Kall, the person who sold me the car, assured me that I would be treated “like family” if there were any issues going forward… some treatment! I am disgusted to have spent so much money on a vehicle in good faith to be treated in this way. My complaint has been with the garage for 7 weeks and I am not even given the courtesy of acknowledgment. It will be taken to the ombudsman if the dealership do not respond with a solution in the 8 week time frame allotted by them, but if I can deter just one person from experiencing the same awful and stressful experience that I have both mentally and financially, then this review will be worthwhile. DO NOT BUY FROM WEST MOTORS. STEER WELL CLEAR.

I have given this company 1 star and wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone as I have not had anything close to a good experience. This is the worst experience I have ever had with any dealership I have bought exactly 8 cars since January vary from 10-35k nothing to brag about but I have not received such bad experience.
I was sold a Audi S5 from sales person Salim we came to a agreement on price and I then said to him I’m paying cash and no finance he then charged me £500 more because I didn’t go through with a finance and I’m paying cash. I agreed and paid because I was sold the car as clean and mint condition no imperfections it was far from that when I received it. It bought the car and paid the cash prior to seeing the car and I trusted salims word in the car being good condition and prepared to a good standard so I sent over £20,500 plus £250 for delivery to the bank. The car arrived and I seen about 6 different issues with the car as it arrived at my front door. Forwarding on a couple other of days the car was taken back I bought the car on 19th the car was taken back by the 25th and since then it has been exact you 4 weeks and I was told my car when it is prepped and ready I will be sent pictures over which I have still not received.

I have spoke to aftersales and all managers and I’m getting responses by email not relating to the concern I’m putting ahead as brackets on the car were broken and they cannot be broken and the repair was carried out after a hit or something on the car.
They have added filler to my car they have changed and re sprayed most of it because the previous paint job was very bad and a lot of stuff behind the hood was broken. I will attach images at a later date and emails.

I have also paid my £250 initially for delivery because I can’t travel and collect the car and they keep changing their mind if they can deliver the car to me and they keep saying to me to collect it and then deliver it I cannot collect the car I paid the £250 initially and the car was took back because of company issues so it will need to be delivered at company cost but they are confused on what to do.

They keep delaying me with responses and saying call back tomorrow or this persons not in this person not in they don’t know etc.

Mr Salim likes to mention this is not a dodgy dealership many times as it sounds like he doesn’t even believe what he says because the amount of time he says it.

They have contacted me for compensation and after me loosing insurance money for a month because the car was there tax for a month because the car was there and I couldn’t commute because a courtesy car was not given they also are not selling me what the original car was advertised at as per the condition. They have offered a free service next year which they a very silly as I will be putting 300 miles on the clock and putting fuel in a performance car to drive there and get a service which will cost me less to do it myself.

I have a lot more to add but I will leave it here and update this review I’m looking forward to hearing from who I hear from tomorrow.

I turned up and viewed a BMW X4 on Sunday. Said i wanted to pick up on the Wednesday which was no problem. Car needed a new tyre and with no arguments they sorted it for another on brand tyre no cheap option which is very good. Unfortunately the car picked up a windscreen crack between Sunday and Wednesday. They have arranged for someone to come to my house and sort that for me as well. All in all a very good service, the car drives perfectly I'm very happy. Thanks to Salim for sorting everything

Excellent professional and don’t hassle easy smooth process

DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THIS COMPANY. Can't put it any simpler than this. Recently purchased and returned a car from West Motors, with no acceptance of blame, even though the car was sold with a known fault, and suffered abuse from the dealership from day 1, even tried to refuse the refund telling me I was driving the car in the wrong mode! Lies regarding the warranty, the finance, the fault (which they told me they had fixed 3 times!). I even heard a salesmen on the phone to a very angry customer, telling them not to visit the dealership as he was not on site that day, when he was stood right in front of me. There is so much choice of dealerships in this area, go somewhere else. I f this review stops just one person from going through what I did, it will be a success.

Salim was very helpful and gave a lot of information. All questions answer appropriately and would definitely recommend.

Deassured us about the vehicle- gave us time to think.
Was welcoming , talking in a calm maner - which is very good when as a buyer you are so stressed.
Kall also helped us to go through documents again, showed us everything.
Nice place to go .
