Hi brought my Mercedes A180D premuim plus from west motors. They have a amazing service, really recommended place to go. Roshan Omar had a good costumer service, also looked after me, once I got there he gave me the car keys and goes have a look take your time and he will be back shortly, went for a test drive for 25 mins it was amazing experinces. I would recommend everyone to buy there vehicles from west motors.

They mis sell cars, saying a car has a full year MOT, when I checked with the DVLA, it expired 3 weeks ago...They also take a deposit fir a car, then sell it to someone else. They are disloyal, don't have clue what they are doing.. Complete bunch of clowns....Sorry I meant incompetent clowns

Put down a £99 deposit on the car I was looking at meaning they would reserve for us until viewing 2 days later for then to me told just a few hours later that they had just sold it. Avoid at all costs.

I had a look at a BMW Series 1 and paid a £99 deposit to secure the car so that I could go over the weekend to collect the car.The salesperson on the call confirmed me that car will be ready to collect, I had also informed them that I will be travelling 2hrs to collect it.
Upon reaching I was asked to wait till they get things ready and was then informed that yesterday evening the car had some issues and it needs fixing .
Nobody from West Motors informed me yesterday evening or today morning that the car was not ready and had a problem while they were aware of the problem with the car.
I wasted 2 hrs driving to reach here and now more 2 hours time is being wasted while I am travelling back home and so much disappointed not to get my car today and with West motors customer care service.
Such a waste of time and no communication and commitment from West Motors team. I was not compensated for the amount of time and fuel I wasted for their lack of communication.
Very poor customer care…… Had to give one star review as no option for zero stars.

My husband and I recently had the pleasure of purchasing a Tesla model 3 from Salim at West Motors. As soon as we walked into the spotless showroom we were met with smiles and were treated in a professional & non pushy manor. We were left to look at the car in our own time, without anybody hanging around or trying to force a sale. The car sold itself though and after a test drive we paid a deposit. We were offered paint protection & extended warranty options by Salim but we declined. Salim wasn’t pushy in his approach to selling extras, just trying to give us additional options should we want them. We collected the car a few days later, after it had been through an MOT as the current one was due to expire within 6 months. The car was absolutely spotless and the handover process was professional & smooth. We’ve had the car for nearly a week and it drives beautifully, with no issues. We have been very impressed with West Motors & Salim in particular, we definitely recommend them!

Writing for a friend Avoid this garage at all costs can when in came out with a head gasket leaking for attempts to fix it water all over the place and on the last call to the the reply was WHAT DO YOU WANT ME TO DO ABOUT IT ! Warning ⚠️
