I would have to say it was quick and easy to order and was able to use Klarna to spread the cost which is a very option. I will be leaving this until Christmas and new year to savour the taste

They went above and beyond answering…
They went above and beyond answering questions for me. I was very nervous since I was shipping to the States and there are many laws around shipping liquor here. 10/10 item arrived within 3 days and in perfect condition.

Resposta da Whiskys.co.uk The Specialist Whisky Shop
Hi Kristen,
Thank you for your feedback, and we are truly sorry for the inconvenience you experienced.
After investigating, we found that our courier made three delivery attempts, but unfortunately, they reported that the address provided didn’t exist, which led to your order being returned to us. We understand you were only in the UK for a short time, and we’re genuinely sorry this caused frustration during your visit.
If there’s anything we can do to help resolve this or assist with a future order, please let us know—we’d love the chance to make things right.

solid pricing and an ok inventory
great pricing, shipping costs to usa weren't too bad, definitely gets better the more bottles you add. customs was a bit of a mess. first shipment was cancelled on the usa side and sent back, with no warning to recipient; howevev, the vendor rectified promptly and reshipped under a different DBA. just no comms to the recipient of what was happening and why. in the end, everything got here just fine.

Great experience
Great experience! There was an issue with getting the package through US customs on the first try (for some strange reason and not anyone's fault). But, they stayed on top of it and got the bottle to me quickly. 5 stars!
