I was not sure it was a legitimate firm but took a chance because the savings was around a £1000 to boots, my aids arrived exactly 6 working days (8days) after paying very relived. The chap i delt with was very professional and helpful, Would recommend them. Rose.

I was recommended the Phonak Audeo Infinio Sphere i90. I need a pair. Audiologist needed quite a bit of money.
So I went looking on line and came across Wholesale Hearing. So glad I did, same aids only half the price. Still I was apprehensive about buying online, I needn't have been, Ross and his colleagues have been so helpful and reassuring.
Aids arrived less than a week later. They had been setup from my latest hearing results. The transformation from my old ones, wow. Now I can hear.
Subsequently, I had to have a support consultation for someone to "tweak" them. That was all done remotely and worked a treat.

I had been diagnosed with minor hearing loss by Boots. They sold me a set of phonak i90s (non sphere) for £3,700 with a 90 day trial.

After looking online, I came across Wholesale Hearing who offered the I90 non sphere for £2,250 or the I90 spheres (latest model) for £2,350.

I decided to go with the I90 Sphere which Boots wanted £3,995 for, saving myself a small fortune in the process!

The hearing aids arrived via dhl seven days after ordering. Fitted with the correct domes and receiver wires. Worked straight out of the box and sounded better than my ones from Boots! The ones from Boots had an annoying white noise buzz which was driving me insane.

I was also given a nice phonak travel case and a spare pack of wax filters (something boots wanted to charge me extra for - yes that’s right, I had parted with nearly £4k at Boots and they wanted £4 for a spare pack of wax filters and £30 for a travel case!).

All in all, I’m really pleased. The team at wholesale hearing have saved me a small fortune and delivered above and beyond my expectations. You also get five years warranty with Wholesale Hearing, where as Boots only provide four years warranty, which is somewhat comical given that Boots Hearing Care is owned by Phonak!

Boots try and justify their insane prices as you get “free support and audiograms”. You only have to look online to see most chains offer free audiograms and even if you paid an independent clinic you’re looking at £75-£100 for an audiogram/check up.

You’d need an awful lot of audiograms and support to justify the additional £1,645 that Boots charge you!

I’m surprised the audiologists at Boots don’t wear stripy tops and have a swag bag over their shoulder!

My new hearing aids are now in use, paired on my I-pad and are an improvement on the previous model Audeo, that I had for the last four plus years.

The whole process was a breeze, from choosing my hearing aids to purchasing. I already had an audiology test report so sent this off. My hearing aids were set up to my requirements and on receiving, they fitted and worked without any issues.

Wholesale Hearing have been fantastic throughout. Price amazing, ordering easy and quick, communication spot on and then really quick responses and delivery of hearing aids. Slight adjustments have been needed, which I think are down to my personal hearing preferences/needs, which have been quickly done with a fast appointment to rectify remotely.

Wholesale Hearing offers the best price all over the world for a pair of Phonak Audeo Infinio Sphere 90. I did an online research on the sale price in Europe, Asia and North America.

The Wholesale Hearing staff was very patient and understanding of my requirements. Good advise given. Not pushing to sell. The cost of a top range Phonak was more than reasonable in comparison to all the other big high street providers or other smaller independent.

Quick and easy process. I sent my latest hearing test results, answered a few questions and had my aids about a week later. They fit perfectly and the sound quality is a marked improvement on my NHS ones (which is what you would expect, given the cost). Ross was very helpful and answered all my questions promptly, and also kept me informed of progress. I like how they reuse packaging, too.
