Really good service. I needed a hearing aid to be fixed. It was still under warranty with the manufacturer so Ross and the team sorted it all for me. They even reprogrammed the aid for me, based on my latest audiogram, free of cost. Nice people and great service.

Nothing but excellent service
I have Ménière’s disease and have complicated hearing but I was assured it was nothing that can’t be helped.These hearing aids we’re half the price of the high street shops but for the same product.If I need them reprogrammed then it’s £70 for a private hearing test then send the results and they are reprogrammed for free (theres a lot of £70 in the price difference)

As a first time user, buying hearing aids online might seem a bit scary, particularly if you are spending thousands of pounds. However, as the cost saving is so huge, £700 with Specsavers and a lot more with Boots and because of the reviews and a 30 day money-back guarantee I took the plunge. I’m glad I did. The Phonak Audeo Infinio Spheres I90’s arrived in a couple of days with good communication from Ross throughout. I’ve had an online consult with an audiologist to fine tune them, very easy through the app and would have been no more informative had I been in the same room asthe audiologist. An audiogram was done using the HA’s speakers. Warranty and audiology support for 5 years also better than the high street. All in all very pleased.

Wholesale has proven to be a company that, in addition to offering the best prices, is also reliable and has an excellent customer service process for both , before and after sales.

Fast delivery, easy set up , need to set the tv to duel so anyone watching can hear the sound and you can hear through your hearing aids . Well worth buying for hearing aid uses

Quick at replying to enquiries and order process was easy, with my order arriving on scheduled date. One part of the order was not included, but this was quickly resolved.
I did find it a little confusing that when placing the order it stated a free TV connector would be included did not apply to the make of hearing aid I was buying..but overall very happy with the experience.

Excellent customer service. Emails replied to promptly after an item needed to be returned (my fault, they advised me correctly and I ignored their expertise).
