The Staff at this store are so helpful and professional, clearly well trained and lead by a great leader.
You will find everything you need at a great price, no need to go to inferior stores, where prices are higher and with poor quality products.
You will only find the best people, prices and products at this store.

If I could give Rich a better score than 10 I would, great service from Rich, meeting all of my needs (there was a lot). Such patience and nothing was too much of a struggle for him.

Love popping into store such a good selection of building materials the staff are always friendly and are happy to help

Nathan the manager very customer friendly and customer 1st orientated. As he organised the mixer machine for it to start working after 2 different visits as the mixer machine was Dulux pair.

Hannah was superb as on Monday 3rd Feb as she tried her best to do 2 Tubs however only 1 Tub mixed.
So request for 2nd Tub to be done as she’s made she it was done before she finished.
This has now made it easier to paint my house, as it was on hold due to mixer machine availability.

Despite us only wanting to re-vamp part of a kitchen that we inherited from the previous owners, Rich Bounds still provided a great service with attention to detail to ensure we achieved the result we were looking for.

Taylor really listened to me, considered my requirements and preferences and helped me through the design and ordering process.

We have recently had a new kitchen designed and fitted by wickes. The design consultant, Richard Bounds, was brilliant, and came up with a design that made the most of the space and also included some features that made it a more unique kitchen. Our fitter, Ian Ridge, was also brilliant and clearly took a lot of care in his work with a great eye for detail and a precise finish. We are really impressed with the service received and our new kitchen and would highly recommend. Amazingly the whole process was very stress free as it was so well managed. Thank you

Shane Gibbs design consultant made me and my wife fill very comfortable with how he dealt with the design of our new kitchen. He advised us on what would work best for us and with his experience it all came together, I am vey pleased with the outcome and now I can’t wait to see the outcome of the well designed plan he made. Rich Bounds did a fantastic job helping us to pick our bathroom. Lovely, friendly guy who was very knowledgeable about the products and very patient with our dithering! Process all very slick, easy and stress free.

Great service

Always use Wickes for my DIY needs etc but they recently closed my local branch so really pleased with the service at Longwell Green which I’ve switched too, definitely worth the extra travel.
