Charlotte at Swindon branch was a great help, no doubt a asset to the store

I was at the Swindon store and could not find what I wanted
Liv was on the information desk she could not have been more helpful and KIND she looked up the products required helped me to select them and then took me to where they were and put them in my trolley. Excellent service and consideration - Well done Liv she deserves to go far.

The staff at Wickes Extra Swindon are excellent, Charlotte and Tony went beyond the call of duty in helping me find the wood I was looking for...I can't praise them enough.

Went today to get some paving stabs , only 3 in the bay but Charlotte on the front desk was absolutely brilliant in getting me help , and Tony the forklift driver and mo the helper got me the products very quickly and also loaded them onto my trolley, could not have asked for better help they all are a credit to this store

The service that I received from Tony at the Swindon store was fantastic! Not only did he answer my questions but went out of his way to help me load my trolley and then come to my vehicle and assist me with loading my vehicle. I can't remember any time I have had customer service anywhere near what he provided!

Tony from Swindon Wicks went out of his way to help us. After we had gone to the store for a second time to purchase some frog tape, which on line was available but it wasn’t. He apologized and reduced some to a lower price. Thanks Tony.

Tony was so friendly and helpful helping me get the heavy items I needed onto the trolly and then out to my car.

As someone who was given a list of items to be purchased from Wickes, and as I had never been into the store previously with minimal experience in DIY, I had to ask for assistance from Tony, who was so patient and helpful, and guided me on where and which items to purchase. After my initial visit, I’ve popped into the store on several other occasions, and all staff there have been friendly and helpful during my visits.

I visited Wickes Swindon yesterday.. Emma was extremely helpful ensuring I had plenty options. I ended up purchasing a lot more paint which my customer has approved.

From the moment we started until over 2 hours later the designer made me feel listened to we worked together. Very positive and constructive suggestions by designer as we brought together my thoughts on what I wanted and her knowledge on recent up to date experiences. All this came together in e excellent 3-D images.

The one week interval before the second appointment allowed me to consider the initial design. In the second visit we fed in my changes, the designer adapted the layout and two hours later I was happy to sign up to a terrific interest free credit agreement and stipulate; date for check measurement and delivery with option for Wickes to install.
Immensely impressed.

Ordered some kitchen units 9 weeks ago, first delivery we had half of the stuff was damaged and key items missing from order, second delivery attempt wasn’t even close to what we ordered. they decided they could only collect some of the items when we decided we wanted a refund as they could not fulfill the order even after seven weeks! ( it was 4 units and a couple of panels!!) We are now in a position where we have none of the items we ordered and we haven’t had any of the money refunded. Absolutely awful customer service always getting a different answer every time you call. Family of four without a kitchen sink ect because of Wickes complete and utter incompetence.
