I ordered a kitchen through Wickes. Tom came to the house, measured and designed it with/for me. He was a pleasure to work with. Clearly experienced at his job and extremely patient with me and my indecisiveness!, very reassuring with lots of good advice. I now have my dream kitchen and couldnt be happier. Thank you Tom!

Absolutely terrible service from Wickes don't bother ordering anything online. Ordered guttering and downpipes and all have arrived scratched/damaged. They want you to provide photos fill out forms and sit on the phone for 30 minutes before they do anything about it. They clearly have an issue with this as the online reviews say the same. Be quicker to go and get it from a proper company.

We have recently had our bathroom renovated by Wickes after previously choosing them to do our kitchen and ensuite. We have been extremely happy with the attention to detail and customer service from the team at Wickes Watford, in particular Tom our bathroom designer. When issues arose within the installation, he worked tirelessly to ensure we were happy with the final result. Our finished bathroom is lovely and we are proud of it. We would recommend Wickes Watford highly if you are considering having your bathroom or kitchen refurbished. From the designers to the installers and the supportive mangers in store, we have been impressed in every way over all three of our projects.

Outstanding customer service from Leo at the Watford branch. From the moment we arrived, he greeted us warmly, offered assistance, helped us locate the paint colour we needed, and even carried the items to our car. We are delighted with the service received. We were lucky to have Aidan take us through the store to answer all of our questions about our renovation plans. He gave us excellent advice and what to avoid going forward. He has a wonderful manner and is very knowledgeable and professional. Well shop here instead of B&Q because of the fantastic customer service you get at Wickes. 10/10. Great job !

We were served by Hannah with some trellising which was stored underneath a number of other items, and was a bit buried. Hannah was very happy to help us and clearly enjoys her job and takes pride in her work. A real asset to Wickes.

Few reasons
As a customer looking lost I was approached by a chap called Gordon
He asked if I needed assistance, quickly I said yes !
I have started building a wooden summerhouse in my back garden.
Not unfamiliar with carpentry, the main frame is 70% completed.
Gordon listened to my issues and suggested several ways to overcome every issue. An experienced trader himself, his understanding and advice was absolutely brilliant.

Have to say watford is best Wickes store for helpfulness! Store manager and Sara (always happy and cheerful even though she’s on early shift!) were unbelievably helpful It’s now our go to and preferred Wickes store Awesome customer service there!

I was in the middle of a DIY project here in Watford and, like many DIYers, I walked into the store with a million questions and a bit of uncertainty. I was lucky enough to meet Gordon, and I cannot thank him enough for his help.

A cancelled order within hour of order (different product re ordered) original order got delivered despite cancellation. Then had take 2-3 weeks to get collected. still not done as of today. still waiting for my refund despite should NEVER have been delivered. Phoned and emailed several times. kept on hold today for 45 mins !!!

Fantastic experience in this Wickes. Staff very helpful, products stocked regularly. Leo was very helpful in helping me find what I needed. Recommended store.

When I went into the Watford store I was greeted by a lovely young man called Lee who helped me find the paint I was looking for. They didn't have 5ltrs of Soft truffle in stock and he pointed out that it would be cheaper to buy the 2 x 2.5ltrs which was in store. Such a lovely polite helpful young man.

Our visit at Wickes, Watford, was made much more enjoyable by the helpfulness, friendliness and efficiency of Maria. She should be commended for her people skills.

I was served by Maria at the checkout who was just a pleasure to deal with. She was very helpful and explained there was special 15% discount on all products so of course I bought a few extra items. I hope this review is shared with her. She deserves to be commended by her manager for consistent good work.
