Incredibly helpful staff member called Brian went beyond the call of duty to make sure we had what we needed.

Ken was very helpful from start to finish. The installation team were also very good understanding and bent over backwards to insure the kitchen was installed to a high standard.

We were a little worried about speaking to someone about our new bathroom design, but we couldn't have been more wrong! Shruti our Wickes wizard listened carefully to establish what our expectations and preferences were. Then carefully guided us towards what works and what we should avoid. Shruti is a library of information and patience, totally understanding our point of view. We're almost complete after a home visit, and would happily recommend the insight and knowledge Shruti perhaps others impart. Fantastic

Click and collect purchase. I was greeted by two members of staff both eager to help. The young man (Fred?)went find my order and when he discovered a couple of items were no longer available he communicated with the manager. Jamie (the manager) dealt with it efficiently offering me excellent alternatives.
Whilst I was waiting for my order I witnessed Jamie's excellent customer service with the customer infront of me,so this is obviously consistent.
Although mine was a relatively small purchase, I will be looking to purchasing a kitchen in the near future. Thanks to wicks excellent staff I will be returning when I am ready to purchase a kitchen.

⁸This was a 100% positive experience from initial meeting, though to follow up meets to discuss design changes, delivery, and post-installation visit! We had Nick Hedges at Wickes to design and advise us on our kitchen purchase; throughout the whole process, Nick has been incredibly helpful, knowledgeable and patient as we changed our designs! Given that we were installing in a new extension, Nick even came out to double check everything would fit as anticipated. Really impressive level of customer support, and we are absolutely delighted with Nick's design. His valuable input, wealth of experience, very thoughtful suggestions, and close attention to detail, meant that we have a perfectly designed kitchen that really works well for us, and looks stunning! Working with Nick was a real pleasure; he really listened to what we wanted and went above and beyond to ensure we got the kitchen and utility we envisaged. We are delighted - thank you, Nick!

Superb seamless service by Ken. Did a great job with the bathroom design including making various adjustments during the process and answering questions. Really prompt replies and on point. Knew exactly what was needed.

We had a great experience buying our kitchen from beginning to end. The lovely Shruti at the Woking branch was absolutely amazing, we dealt with her throughout the process from taking measurements, planning, choosing units, worktop & appliances. We were kept informed of delivery right up until the day. The delivery team were fantastic, they carried everything up to a 3rd floor flat, worked quickly & were helpful, polite and courteous. We would definitely recommend Wicks to friends and family. Thank you Shruti, you're a star!

Fabulous customer experience. We’ve recently moved and have used Wickes throughout the summer for various diy jobs and garden upgrades. Paul in particular has been amazing. Able to answer all my many questions and suggest quality products.

Bought my Kitchen from the Woking store and the gentleman that helped me was absolutely brilliant. I must have changed my mind 1000 times and asked just as many questions but he was helpful, informative and very very patient 😆 Highly recommend going to this branch and dealing with Paul (Savage?)

I use this store regularly, one because it’s always clean, tidy and well stocked up and two because the staff are always very friendly and ready to help whenever need be, they are very professional and genuinely know what they are talking about. I wouldn’t shop anywhere else, when it comes to needing gardening, decorating equipment 😊

I had went through Wickes Woking to have my new bathroom designed and installed, the designer was Nick Hedges, he gave me a false promise saying he would be returning personally to check on the works progress and check at the end he never did, Wickes customer experience centre wow don't get me started my experience coordinator I quote from the automated message is never available, I have had to do most of the running around they "promised" to do, I am still awaiting a promised call back from a manager, they never respond to my email, the installer Ace Developments construction and landscaping ( the installer) promised me had booked in my Hippo Bag for collection this week he clearly hasn't because I contact Hippo bag and they said they have no record of any booking and suggested I contact him, so this whole thing has been a complete and uttter fiasco from the start false promises and lies!! my recommendation is don't touch wickes with a barge pole

Today I ran out of Wickes own brand paint and Brian was so helpfull firstly checking stock not on display and then finding me an alternative! So helpfull, I’d like to thank him for his time expertise and attention to detail

I needed to find a temporary solution to a problem in my garden at short notice. When I got to the store I was helped immediately by Jemma, she introduced me to Brian who helped me with what I needed and also helped me load up my car. Both were so polite and couldn’t do enough to help - really grateful for the excellent service!

After many years of deliberations we made the decision to redo our kitchen. So dutifully went to various places and eventually ended up in Wickes Woking.

We met Ken, his approach in helping us to find exactly what we wanted, was very efficient and his manner was both friendly and very professional. From our first meeting he understood our priorities and came with complementary solutions.

From design, fitting, through to aftercare Ken was always on hand and more than happy to help.

The kitchen arrived at the appointed time and the fitter we had was excellent, very thorough and again nothing was too much trouble.

In fact the whole team at Woking are brilliant. We had decided to a slight change to our order and Zoe helped us, with the same exemplary service.

After everything was done the kitchen looks amazing, and the quality of the product is also excellent. All in all I would say definitely pop into the Woking Wickes for your dream kitchen.
