1 star because I can’t go any lower I started my bathroom installation back in November we are now in January and it still is not even close to being finished. I ordered one item and they kept losing it or something like that I was given the run around with phoning being told they would phone back but never would there customer service is an absolute joke never buy anything from wickes they have no idea what they are doing

Katie Griffiths was our design consultant, we spent 90 mins with her and she explained every thing that we could and couldn't do with our kitchen design. we looked at a number of counter tops as well as other design options and colour chooses. as the deign developed she would explain what was happening. she would show us options on appliances, and never with a hard sell

Shopped at Wickes, Worcester and, for the first time in many years, I was treated to excellent service and a tidy store. It’s been painful shopping here for at least 5 years so good to see that someone’s finally got to grips with it! Special mention to Andy T who was super professional!

My partner and I bought our first home and quickly realised we needed a new kitchen. Katie was kind and efficient through the whole process and whipped us up a full plan within a couple of days. We highly recommend Katie if you’re looking for a new kitchen!

We have been getting quotes for doing two bathrooms. We had a rough idea what we wanted not going in blind. Had our appointment with the store and was met with a cannot do attitude. The only thing done correctly was seeing me slightly earlier then planned but it was interrupted with a refund request. I was then told they would only do one bathroom as there wouldn't be time for two. Dispite the second bathroom being a closet bathroom with the only thing in there being a toilet!

The price quoted was way, way higher then other retailer's. No time was taken to put in cheaper items just whatever came up on the screen first. Regardless of reviews of the products they add them in without consulting you first. When I pointed this out I was faced with a defensive attitude. The finale render was very underwhelming. The whole thing felt rushed. Repeatedly told (we don't do that here. Ok source it yourself ) was said.

Then me and me wife was blaimed for this cause we didn't come in knowing the tiles we wanted for the floor and walls. Other retailers suggested tiles and was very helpful don't know why our experience here was just so bad!

Purchased click flooring from wickes when on offer. Becky from Worcester branch was super helphull. Highly recommended.

Kate and Becky dealt with us. When we got home and checked the paperwork Kate had got my Name wrong and after two weeks waiting I phoned Wickes themselves not the store. They had the order but it hadn’t been passed on to the supplier. So what they had done at the store I do not know

We recently requested a fitted kitchen quotation. Katy Griffiths was brilliant! All measurements were taken at our property, and discussed thoroughly in regards to our ideas and expectations.
We went into the store a couple of hours later and our kitchen design was ready for us!
We had free choice to change sink, taps, fittings etc, and the plan was adjusted to our preference.
I would highly recommend Katy and we will be booking an appointment in the future for our bathroom.

Sarah at Wickes Worcester was super helpful and friendly. Took her advice and am extremely happy with the result of my newly painted walls in my living room. Thanks Sarah!!!

DO NOT USE, REPEAT, DO NOT USE WICKES FOR A NEW BATHROOM INSTALLATION, I PROMISE THAT YOU WILL REGRET IT!!!!!!!! Quick to take your money but then you're on your own. They won't reply to your complaints. Reported leaks and dangerous faulty wiring and even with photos and videos highlighting all my concerns, Wickes still took months to send someone out to rectify all these issues, finally resulting in a large compensation payout from Wickes!!

Just wanted to say amazing service today at Wickes in Worcester. Andy and Sally were super helpful when I was looking for a special paint. Friendly and helpful. Thank you 😊

Sarah - Sarah made it great. She was so helpful in finding stock for me, help me set up a trade account and was professional and friendly. A great example of British customer service at its best.

I went to wickes to pick up a few bits for home diy. Its a relatively big store and after spending some time wandering around trying to find a certain tool I gave in ans went to the tills for assistance.

There was a young lady named Sarah on the tills who gave a lovely warm welcome as i approached....and after I gave her a very vague description of what i needed (im not a diy person!) she quickly figured out what i was looking for. Her customer service was absolutely fantastic. Usually im met with a rolled eyes and grumble when I ask about things I dint know...she however made me feel very at ease. A proper asset to the company and a shining example to others on proper customer service. Overall I left very happy. Thankyou.

Had a great experience the last few visits to Wickes. My dad comes up from Gloucestershire to do my DIY and we go to Wickes often. We always look out for Darren who is and has been so helpful to us. I came to the store on my own and we face timed my Dad together to make sure I got the right stuff. Thank you Darren. Very knowledgeable and kind.
