Avoid at all costs .. Quoted a 5 hour delivery window , then telephoned after a four and a half hour wait to say that they could not deliver on the day and could they deliver the following day with the same delivery window , as the driver was running out of hours and was returning to the depot to pick up more orders . Is it just me or does this sound like a complete lie

Customer after care is probably the worst I’ve experienced. A Belfast sink which should last for many years cracks after 9 months in two places when in contact with hot water. Their response? It hasn’t been fitted correctly. In other words not by a Wickes kitchen fitter so not interested. It was in fact fitted by an excellent fitter and installed correctly. It is unbelievable that a company as big as Wickes show such little interest in their customers after the point of sale. I have been informed by customer service that a refund will not be issued because the cracks are indicative of poor installation. How would they know that, they haven’t seen how it was installed. It is in fact a very poor quality, hollow, light weight sink selling at a high price compared to others superior brands.Disappointingly poor on so many levels.

Ordered some paint and paid for Saturday delivery, when arrived the tins were completely bashed, £60 worth of paint just thrown in the couriers van to whom had no clue how many tins were actually mine.
Telephoned Customer Service with photos who informed me someone would get back in touch on the Monday.
Had no call back or anything, I telephoned again and had the replacement paint sent out !
All this could have been avoided if they had just boxed the paint !

I needed to return unused concrete kerbs to the York branch of Wickes (Friday 14th June). I had no receipt and had had the kerbs for about three months. I expected to be understandably refused. Instead, the extremely friendly and helpful lady I spoke to spent 20 minutes attempting every type of search possible on their system, eventually found it and gave me a full refund.

We are talking a small amount of money but this made me happy because of this outstanding customer service. I really cannot praise this lady enough. Exceptional service! I hope this review can be traced back to her so she can receive recognition for it.
