I had some issues with delivery, this was mainly due to the delivery company delays. The customer service was amazing and special mention to Graham who is probably the nicest and best customer service agent I’ve ever dealt with. Items have now arrived and I’m a very happy customer. Delivered today, my stunning Fuji X100VI. I'm so glad I entrusted these wonderful folk with my purchase. This is the first time I've ever bought a brand new camera and they made the process smooth and hassle free.
It started with the offer of extra trade in value against a purchase. I wanted to trade a camera in and I wanted to buy a new one. So it looked good.
The trade in process was easy and the price offered was excellent and remained unchanged after inspection.
Pre order, payment and funding were processed quickly with easy to use/follow links sent straight to me.
Communication was excellent throughout and the camera arrived today, very well packaged and sent via a tracked service.
I'm so glad I found this company and that their offer enticed me into transacting with them.

I recently bought a Profoto OCF Adapter Starter Kit for A1X/A10 from Wilkinson Cameras and was really impressed. The deal was superb, and the customer service was excellent from start to finish. Highly recommended!

All completed smoothly and happy with it except for one expensive and annoying thing.

Item ordered was small and light. At checkout, no "standard" delivery option was listed, only this one: expensive "next day" option. (Screenshot taken) A nasty way to make extra money.... I needed the article but either your checkout failure and/or your profit motive is/are unwelcome, as I feel. Buyer beware?

Staff in the Carlisle shop were extremely helpful with the purchase of a second-hand Swarovski telescope. They got the item out and inspected it over the phone, giving detailed information in response to my questions. They also sent me a series of photos of the item, which clinched it for me. Communication was also exemplary in terms of confirming the purchase and delivery details. The 'scope is in excellent condition (better than I'd expected via the online description), I've been delighted with its optical performance and I'm a very happy customer!

The item purchase looks right for me but…..ask for help to resolve a panning issues anh a pretty hopeless answer. If you sell good products - and you do- you need to up your game with similar level of advice.

I bought a OM1 Mark II Camera from Wilkinson Cameras in Preston last year. Unfortunately the camera developed a few problems. I took the camera back to Wilkinson's who sent it to Portugal to be fixed. The camera came back with the same problem, so was sent back to Portugal to try to fix the problem. Much to my frustration OM Portugal confirmed that they could find no fault and returned it to Wilkinson's. I explained to OM Portugal and Wilkinsons that there is definitely a fault with the camera (but it is an intermittent fault and maybe hard to detect) and that my faith in the OM brand had been affected. The Commercial manager at Wilkinsons took up my case and contacted OM Systems and arranged for a new OM1 MII to be sent out. I received the new camera within a week and so far it works great. So 5 stars to Wilkinson Cameras for great customer service. From my experience you cannot beat buying your camera equipment from a trusted high St store. Having someone to discuss a problem or seeking advice face to face is in invaluable in this virtual world we now live in.

I’m extremely pleased with my experience at Wilkinson Cameras. I managed to finally get my hands on the viral Canon G7X Mark iii, which has been sold out everywhere for months! The shipping was very quick, and although there was a small worry with the delivery being made to my neighbour, that was down to the courier and not Wilkinson Cameras themselves. Their customer service team was absolutely lovely and helped resolve everything quickly and professionally. It’s clear that this small business deserves much more recognition. I’ll admit, some of the negative reviews had me a little worried at first, but honestly, if you follow the process correctly, you shouldn’t have any issues. Overall, a fantastic experience. Thank you !

My only issue was the box said "Demo - not for resale" which has made me wonder how my warranty might work from SIGMA
