Hopelessly incompetent. I ordered a particular branded tap cartridge online. Obviously they didn't have it in stock despite advertising it. Instead of admitting they didn't have it they sent me a cartridge with different dimensions. How useless its that. They've emailed an evri return label which would not work at an evri collection point. Now they have sent me the details of the return which is address to me at an unrecognisable address. Totally incompetent

Scam site do not buy. I bought an item didn’t even open it as not as it longer needed. I paid over £75 to return it. I had on and off contact lots promises with phone calls and a few emails I never received a refund and didn’t have the item either. It was then to late to claim through PayPal and off the credit card!!

Ordered a unit, didn’t hear anything for a week, so tried calling (several times) and got no answer. Sent an email and was then told the unit was out of stock, then they offered me a completely different colored unit!! When I asked for another white unit they just sent me my money back.

I never received the order. I waited in two separate days for delivery, the second time to find you had asked for it to be returned from Yodel. I am now waiting for a refund.

Ordered a slimline 200mm.shower head. Arrived quickly and was exactly as described.

Contacted Willesden Bathrooms in late December to enquire whether they had some flooring in stock for our customers bathroom, l was assured that yes, it was in stock and would be dispatched after Christmas should l place an order.
Therefore l placed my first order with this company...

I waited until 15th January, l had had no tracking information sent, so l emailed them, got no response, messaged them, got no response and called them, no answer..

I had no choice but to open a Paypal Dispute Case in order to get my money back.

Shocking first and last experience, l definately do NOT recommend.

Don’t waste your time. Most good reviews are for fast delivery and good products - on the surface. I bought a shower unit which we realised was faulty and couldn’t produce hot water. Because of the design of the unit it is very difficult to replace with a new one from elsewhere, so replacing the parts is the most viable option. But it’s IMPOSSIBLE to get through to anyone on the phone and when you finally do get an email response, it feels oddly unprofessional and slow. It has now been 3 weeks and I still cannot have a hot shower… they’ve sent one small part which didn’t fix the problem so awaiting another replacement unit.

So to reiterate, don’t waste your time like I have. The small saving it might seem like from here won’t be worth it when things go wrong…

Products & prices are good.
However we have a problem with one item missing a part & are struggling to get through to anyone.
It was agreed the part would be sent (not seen yet - 2 days later) but then we had another email from a different department asking for pictures we could not provide as packaging disposed of. We sent pictures of what we could but have had no reply after multiple emails, a message on the website & several faild attempts at calling them. Never managed to get through on the phone at all in fact. Here's hoping it gets resolved quickly.

The knobs are too close to each others as you turn them on. Not what I was expecting.

There are soo many things wrong with your service. For a company like yours you must be able to communicate verbally to your clients. If you do NOT offer the phone service clients must be told the truth and not lies re the phones lines being down or telling clients you answer calls. You do NOT answer calls. Clients are kept on the phone and deceived into thinking they are in a queue -the recorded voice says your 7th(eg) in line eventually it gets to your turn then automatically says the voice box is full and you cannot leave a message. What height of deceit is that. Either you use option 1 2 3 being trade accounts sales... all tell you the voice mail is full. You cannot tell clients they can reach you when it's all a lie. You call clients when you want to reach them but clients can never get through to you. In the event wrong goods are delivered or its incomplete and you clearly tell clients to çontact you on the number you provided and it is still is unmanned. I have complained several times because I have called tirelessly in the past and was only contacted after I left emails . You can only write in and that in itself takes 2 days - yes we are informed it will take 24 to 48 hours. Communication is extremely poor and team awareness of products is very bad. They cannot match products eg a shower mixer is ordered and a set of basin taps are required to match the exact mixer they cannot help . On the website it should say similar products when you pick a product that has close components to match. I am still waiting for a response / call back since the delivery to honey pot Lane was made to complain about a missing item. No call was made as requested in the delivery instructions. A lot of people don't have the time to type when a phone call will take 1 minute to discuss while in writing its 10mins . You ought to look into this and sort things out . Most importantly If you dont pick calls please delete the number so people don't waste their time and tell clients email only.

I ordered a Thermostatic bath shower mixer tap on a Monday and the item arrived within two days on the Wednesday via Parcel force by midday. It was packaged well and the items look in very good condition. I will try and provide another update once I have it installed.
