Very poor service advertised next day delivery ordered at 14:09 on Monday and received 16:00 on Thursday. Shower screen is really poor quality.

Excellent service, delivery within a few days. Taps fantastic, well made & easy to fit, would definitely recommend.

We needed a replacement basin urgently to replace a damaged one. I initially placed an order through Ebay but with a message asking if I could pay for next day delivery.

I received an unhelpful message saying they had cancelled the ebay order (they hadn't) and I would need to place an order through their website. I did this, paying more for the item (compared to the ebay listing) and paying for next day delivery.

The short version is, next day has come and gone and no sign of the basin. It seems impossible to get through to this company by phone, despite their irritating telephone system telling you that you are first in the queue. I have called at least ten times over the last two days, with the same result.

Save yourself the stress and order from somewhere that values its customers and you can actually speak to.

Ordered a 410mm cloakroom basin as price was super good. Basin took a couple of days longer to arrive but Siam was helpful in trying to ascertain why. Good company to deal with

Have tried contacting this company repeatedly this week after they sent me the wrong sink..

No helpful response whatsoever, all they’ve done is have a young idiot called Charlotte antagonise their customer.. Brilliant.

I asked for a number to explain the situation, only looking for an exchange - given a premium line number, that nobody answers, even after 10 attempts.

Avoid at all costs, absolute con artists.. Not only was the sink not as described, their delivery process was severely slow too. Save your money, shop elsewhere.

Willesdene bathrooms used DPD for local delivery in my area and I can’t thank them enough. Willesdene themselves were excellent and kept me informed of the status of my delivery throughout. DPD were excellent and let me informed of the status of my delivery. I was not present and my heavily pregnant wife was at home when parcel was delivered. The DPD driver was more than helpful and happily brought the heavy and perishable (unbeknownst to dpd) parcel into our home so my wife didn’t have to carry it. Can’t thank them enough for going the extra mile. Totally positive review having had many parcels delivered over the years to many different addresses.
