Great product at a good price. The reason I went with this company, was that they gave a lot of technical information about the product on their website.

An excellent first experience of dealing with Willesden Bathrooms. I ordered a counter-top basin, which was very reasonably priced compared to others I'd seen online. Delivery was incredibly quick and the basin was very well packaged. I would happily buy from this company again.

Excellent service and a high quality shower mixer bar which was easy to fit

I was told that when my order was ready to be shipped I would be sent an email link in order to track the delivery, but no email was received/sent.

I ordered on a Sunday and paid for next day delivery, so expected delivery on Tuesday, i received an invoice on Monday stating next day delivery. On the Thursday i still had not received the item, so emailed, i received an automated return email, stating not to make further contact or i'd be moved to the end of the queue. not impressed. i did receive another mail late on Thursday, requesting information already sent on previous mail. Friday i had another email stating they had now found my order. Item arrived on the Monday. At present i have not asked for a refund for my next day delivery payment, i would rather hope that this payment will automatically be refunded.

Avoid this company at all costs. I ordered a product online, had an issue with the payment and someone was able to call me straight away to resolve it, the product had turned out to be faulty and I can now not get anyone to call me regarding the issue, sent over 20 emails, requested over 20 call backs on the website and I have still not received a resolve to my issue. Don’t think I have came across a company so unprofessional in all my time, if I could give them zero starts I would have. Do your research and use a professional company people and avoid, they are awful

An apology to Willesden Bathrooms. 2 days ago I gave them a 1 star review as I had problems contacting them to report two undelived items. A chat that did not appear to be answered & no phone call was answered. However Bonnie responded to my chat by email & informed me that my item had been lost by the carrier. I was offered a refund or the order would be sent out again. I chose the latter & the items were receivedthe next day. So thank you Bonnie & to Willesden Bathrooms for resolving the issue that was beyond their control

Customer service couldn’t be worse. They don’t answer phones or reply to emails. Paid for next day delivery and didn’t even receive a dispatch email or tracking information. Cabinet mirror was delivered with a chip on it and damage to the shelves. Very poorly packed.

Excellent customer service. Quick delivery and updated me regularly. Unfortunately I ordered a bath panel that wasn't quite suitable for our bath so had to return it . Did so and was refunded straight away and notified . I would definitely use this company again.
