Delivered quickly and efficiently and very happy with the product. One piece of fitting kit was defective (no way they could know that) but they sent out a replacement immediately and received the next day - great service

Excellent product and great aftersales service
I bought the Neshome Zima cloakroom mixer tap (using their eBay outlet) at the beginning of February. This arrived promptly and I found it easy to install and it works fine. Nearly a month later I had to ask Willesden Bathrooms for a VAT receipt which they sent with very little fuss. Excellent service, thank you.
