Only giving 1 star as unable to 0
Only giving 1 star as unable to 0. I bought a toilet with basin on the top due to lack of space. Due to a delay in fitting I did not manage to find anyone to fit it for a number of months. It then became apparent the cistern pack was totally incompatible with the toilet . I have sent numerous emails to this company and have waited 4 months to be told their technical team are looking at the issue. Heard nothing since 31/10/22 Total waste of £200 for faulty products. Could never recommend this company to anyone their customer service is appalling and no phone number they can be contacted on. As well as the waste on money on the product also wasted 2 hours labour of the tradesman that tried to fit it.

Company who still care about customers
Purchased a bathroom tap, I mistakenly didn't check all the contents, and when I went to fit it a few months later one item was missing, I contacted the Willesden bathrooms and they had the replacement part out the next day to me, can only highly recommend the company for their after sales service, politeness and eagerness to help.

Excellent service
Excellent service. Fast dispatch and delivery. Item arrived without issue and excellent quality. My only criticism is that I was notified item had been dispatched but unable to book a delivery day - luckily someone was at home when it arrived.
