Excellent quality product, made to measure

Delivered as ordered and well packaged. However, the fitting video says to use the screws provided. There were none.

the blind slats i required had to be 127mm wide i was sent 90mm ones. on the order page it says nothing about the width so i just assumed they would be 127mm.further investigation after i received the wrong item it appears you had to click on "how to measure"for a drop down that tells you they only supply 90mm.sharp practice!! i messaged as soon as i received them but got no reply.wish i had read the "true feedback" instead of their "cherrypick"reviews

Love the shutters and they're easy to fit. I made a huge mistake with sizing of two of my windows and Jonathan M sorted it all out for me and was very kind and helpful. Great product and best price around too.

TERRIBLE AFTER-SALES.
Ordered 3 blinds for over £600. 1st order was lost so remade. Remake order arrived with the 1st order!. Lost count on emails(that never get answered)endless phone calls, it’s like they are taunting me. I have been very polite and respectful up until now. It’s taken 1 month to get to this stage. On both orders one of the rails are too long( they have admitted this fault) . The first order had crushed boxes and Louvres had got dirty and damaged. Top headers are a mixture of brown shades on a Dove Grey Louvre. Fixing tabs had fallen off and the bottom cutting was done with blunt scissors. Blind nothing like the samples or website pictures. All the photos and videos sent as requested, hours spent trying to sort this out. Everything is so slow and frustrating beyond belief. I have requested a refund but I must return everything for them to assess then they may give me my money or if they disagree return everything back to me. No courier has been in contact to collect as agreed.
It’s now week 5 without any blinds on my South facing kitchen/dining room.
Absolutely shocking customer service and quality of blinds. Wish I could upload photos. I just want a refund so I can move on from this disastrous company.

Brought new vertical blinds, quality products at a competitive price, had a problem with one of the head-rail but after a quick call and me supplying a video of the problem, a replacement was sent

Great product all of our blinds are from Wilson's, great fit, quick delivery and good value for money.

Easy to order - form made it clear what was required and if unsure tips were available to ensure you got it right.
Blind arrived as stated and is now in situ, and looks lovely.
Delivery was good - packed well no damage and driver was helpful and asked if I could manage the package.

Easy to order. Customer Services Team are responsive. Fitting instructions (online) are easy to follow. Support bracket design makes the blinds easy to install. All in all I would recommend.
Have installed to reduce “solar heating” of South West facing bedroom. Blind will be easy to remove in Autumn Winter when I may not need them, thanks to support bracket design.

Easy to order replacement slats samples which helped me chose right colour, then order 2 sets of blind replacements. Look great.

Blind tops ok but the verticals are see through definatly not dimmed or blackouts as wanted.
I did complain via there messaging but still no reply.
Took ages to arrive also.
Would not use again waste of time as no reply

Blinds arrived damaged.

Submitted a claim when received, as yet no response. Replacement blind received. Replacement blind was cut lopsided, so keeping my 1 star review.

Sloppy company, no adequate QC. Oh sorry, yes there is a QC, its called the customer.

The venetian blind we ordered came promptly and was just what we wanted.

The blinds are really nice but you took to much time to get them to me.

Everything ok apart of plastic cap located on rail. It should be cover it both side of rail but when I put to cover one side the another side come off and vice versa. This is annoyed. I have picture but no place here to add it.
