We have used Wilsons before. Blinds arrived in reasonable time, well packed and no parts missing. This time the order was for a set of three blinds.
We were pleased to find that we could order replacement vertical slats rather than a whole new blind - these arrived at the same time and were easy to fit.
Prices very fair, too!

Positive: they honored their 10% coupon even after I had already ordered.
Unfortunately the positive experience stopped there.
Negative:
I ordered a total of 4 blinds and accessories. On Friday, they informed that the order had been dispatched and would arrive on Monday. However, only 1 blind and 2 accessories arrived on Monday, delivered by DHL. Send email twice to them asking about the missing blinds and asking advice on the roller blind that had arrived but was stiff to pull up and down, but there's no reply. Phoned their customer services on Tuesday and the lady on the phone said that she would give me an update about the rest of the blinds within 24 hours. No call back either. On Friday, 1 blind delivered by DPDIreland. Still 2 blinds outstanding. Called Customer Service on Friday afternoon asking again what happened to the outstanding blinds. This time I was requested to wait until next Tuesday. I agreed. The last 2 blinds arrived on Saturday but no fixings were included. There are dents on one of the headrails. Called Customer Service AGAIN on the following Tuesday and was told that fixings for the 2 blinds would be sent to me on priority delivery. As of today (Saturday), fixings are still outstanding. Also emailed photos of the headrail dents as requested by Customer Service, no reply yet. BTW, Wilsons Blinds' hotline was answered by Blinds Direct.

Something's very wrong with this company:
1) If the blinds were to be delivered separately, shouldn't they informed customers beforehand?
2) Zero after sale service. The roller blind is still stiff to pull up and down. Zero help from them.
3) They never replied emails and empty promises from Customer Service.

Responding to seller's response on 6 Feb:
Fixings for 2 blinds are still outstanding. It's been more than a month since placing order.

The finished & fitted blinds are fantastic, very much as hoped, but the experience isn't without the occasional hitch.
I ordered 3 large blinds to fit existing brackets as the previous blinds also from Wilsons; however, until they arrived, I didn't realise that the size of the brackets had changed in the intervening 17 years! (not their fault).
Happily, the new brackets had the fixing holes in the right place so they could be made to fit without redrilling.
That said, the width measurement of a couple of the blinds was too short so there was a little improvising (turned the brackets round to cover the shortfall) so the measuring process when ordering could be clearer.
Also, the graphic showing which way you want the blinds to drop - from above or behind the roll - is ambiguous and despite checking several times it seems I got one wrong BUT it didn't matter - just roll out the blind fully and it rolls up the other way; also, you're asked about controls on the left/right - again, it doesn't matter because the fittings are the same at either end.
In short, the blinds are great and excellent value but the ordering/measuring process could be made clearer; the lady on the helpline was very friendly and really helpful - would have been 5 stars all round other than the stress of discovering that the measurements/blind roller direction weren't right despite checking it three times!

I ticked the box for next day despatch but not added to order total. Contacted chat and Jonathan M resolved it quickly.

We ordered a blind and took the insurance out on the order against wrong measurements.
It arrived and we were so pleased with in, unfortunately we had given the wrong size and we rang Wilson blinds who could not have been more helpful. No quibble just ordered the correct size and it was delivered so quickly. We are so pleased with it as it looks fabulous. Would highly recommend this company.

Well made easy to install, quality product.

I really like Wilson Blinds but I noticed that the last 2 sets of blinds are not even in that one or two of the blind folds are slightly longer than the others. Not a real problem as they were for 2 of the bedrooms but not aesthetically pleasing. When I next order the blinds for the living and dining rooms I would hope this issue will not arise.

I placed an online order for a small blind on 03/10 total cost £43.10 It was delivered 10 days later and was the wrong size. I telephoned to inform them and was asked to send photos. I sent 2 emails with 5 photos and a video. They confirmed it was the wrong size and suggested I give the blind to a charity and a replacement was on the way. 7 days later they emailed me requesting more photos. I sent 2 more pics, but I was so annoyed that I took advice from an online retail ombudsman and requested a refund. All in all it had been 19 emails, 7 photos, 1 video and 25 DAYS! What a waste of my time! For a blind worth £33! They made me feel like they were tormenting me, messing with me for fun, because the incompetency was so bad. The whole experience was so frustrating, so upsetting, so futile. All the blinds in my house are Wilson Blinds. Bought over 9yrs ago. The company must have changed hands, because they used to be efficient and reliable, but not now, how sad.

I get all my blinds from you guys and am over all happy with the quality, choice and speed of delivery. 1 point I need to raise that needs to be addressed is that our windows are very high and you dont change the length of the pull cord so because we have tall windows the pull cords are really short and can be difficult to reach

I purchased a wooden blind.
It came and I couldn't be happier with it. It is great quality and easy to put up with all fixings supplied. I would definitely buy from here again. The size was spot on for what I asked for, it fitted perfectly. The blind is heavy, and looks more expensive then it was. It has made such a difference to the living room, I ordered the cotton cream colour, it is just perfect.

Easy to understand instructions for measuring and fitting. Great product at a very reasoable price
