Very good quality blinds at a very reasonable price, good communication throughout the process and delivered on time

I have been using Wilson’s blinds for many years now - we now have all of our house with blinds. Always worth waiting for sales and investing in their insurance, should you get the measurements wrong.

Received 3 wooden blinds and 2 were amazing but the other one had a faulty mechanism and some of the lattes had black marks all over them which won’t clean off. Reported this with photos and customer services agreed that it should be replaced but the production team denied this. I’m still stuck with this blind and I’m still waiting for someone to get back to me with the news that I want. Be very careful when ordering as if there is a fault certain departments don’t take responsibility for their incompetence and shoddy work

Easy to use website for measuring and getting everything correct beautiful blinds easy to put up can't fault this company

We have ordered blinds from this company several times before without any problems. This time the vertical louvres were several cm too long even though the measurements were correct. The email contact form wasn't acknowledged as received and they don't answer the phone. Just hoping they will respond to the email...
Pleased to say the company did respond and replaced the blinds free of charge.

I have had blinds from Wilsons for a number of years and always been very happy with the quality and price, don't get me wrong I don't just go and buy blinds from Wilsons no I check out loads of other blind selling sites but always come back to Wilsons, In my oppinion Wilsons offer the best price and the best quality.

Really quick delivery and great quality

I had free samples sent then made my selection.Easy to choose plenty of times to check order before committing to pay. Arrived well boxed. You may need a hack saw to cut pelmet. There are no written instructions so access to Internet needed but video clear. I'm about to order 2 more so obviously pleased.

I was generally pleased however the top of the blind does have a crack but I wanted it up as I had people coming to stay, we have managed to glue it

The order process was simple, however the time to dispatch claimed as 3-5 working days turned out to be over 10 days, The courier DX also emailed to confirm delivery between 08.00 and 18.00 on the Friday but eventually delivered the following Monday.
On arrival, the external packaging was damaged but the goods were intact. The assembly of the vertical blind track was not good with all of the blind rotators miss-aligned and the chain snapped. Overall not a very good experience.

Clear instructions on how to measure and order, blind arrived within the time frame promised and fit perfectly. Easy to install too.
