Terrible.
Ordered a champagne gift to be delivered on a specific date and it never even shipped. There was no communication from the company about the delay. When I contacted customer service the next day, there was no explanation, and they would not rush order a replacement to the recipient. The failure to deliver and the lack of customer service left me in an embarrassing situation and had me scrambling to figure out a last minute gift. I was told they would only be able to issue a full refund once they receive the returned package from Fedex. It’s been 5 days and the tracking status has never left “label created.” So who knows how long I’ll have to wait to receive my refund!! I was also offered a $10 credit, but never received an email confirming this. It doesn’t even matter because I would never order anything from this company again after this experience.
