Easy, straight forward process, I like having all the previous wines ordered , in the order screen
I joined wine.com 2 yrs ago, and have ordered several times. Free shipping with the annual membership more than pays for it. I’m buying 10+ cases annually and found some excellent wines for everyday drinking priced under $15

Generally good but it is disappointing…
Generally good but it is disappointing that all of the coupons are so narrowly scoped that they almost never apply to the wines and liquors that I order. There used to be bulk purchase coupons that apply broadly. Now it just feels like a a bait and switch scam. Not great for such a regular customer.

I found that editing the shopping cart…
I found that editing the shopping cart was not intuitive. I wanted to change my order and had a tough time finding the remove button. Make it easy to change amounts. I felt trapped until I figured it out.
