Wolf Cycles Avaliações

My purchases were delivered quickly. The prices were not expensive. The service was good. I would certainly buy from here again.

I ordered some MTB tires for an excellent price, which arrived promptly within a couple of days. When I came to fit them a week later, I discovered one of the tires was faulty which I reported to customer services. Within 48 hours I received an e-mail saying that a replacement tire had been sent out. The customer service and support I received from this company has been superb. They will definitely be my go to online supplier for bike supplies from here on in and I would highly recommend Wolf Cycles to anyone.

I have purchased multiple items from this store, super quick delivery so was very impressed.

I’m local so have been in to the shop a couple times as well as ordered off the website. Great service and really quick

Ordered some Shimano s-phyres and was a bit nervous as I hadn't used wolf cycles before and they are an expensive pair of shoes but turned out to be an excellent choice
Delivered swiftly and best price I could find for the size/colour
Had a query about delivery which was answered same day so communication was good
Just got some cleats as well which were way cheaper than anywhere else and also delivered within a couple of days
Many thanks Alex

Ordered a Miche cassette on the Monday and was initially concerned as I didn't receive a confirmation email. I needn't have been. Cassette was delivered promptly on Thursday. Great prices too. Would highly recommend checking them out.

Ordered a MET helmet 2 days ago. Arrived today well packaged. Looks like a great piece of kit and can’t wait to see my son open it on Xmas day.

Messaged Alex regarding helmets, he was very quick to respond and I arranged to go and try a couple on, the guys at the warehouse were very helpful and I came away with a MET Parachute mcr. Outstanding service.
Thank you 🙏

I ordered the Saris Mag Turbo Trainer from Wolf Cycles. The item was shipped before the scheduled date, with tracking.
A fantastic trainer, it was very simple to set up. It is a solid, sturdy system and steady under use. The resistance settings are easily adjusted. The trainer can also be easily linked to Zwift through the cadence/ speed sensor that comes with the trainer.
The trainer is complete bargain for the price.
I would highly recommend the trainer and the services of Wolf Cycles for anyone.

Fast delivery, great price and knowledgeable staff.
