I had a serious accident, which meant that my WonderDays gift was no longer suitable and would have expired before I had recovered.

I liaised with Jess, who was incredibly helpful and understanding throughout. In a world increasingly driven by AI, it was refreshing to deal with a real person who showed genuine empathy and understood my situation.

I needed help with a gift voucher I had received, where the locations of the experience had changed and were no longer suitable. I spoke to a lovely lady called Lizzie who was extremely helpful. She extended the voucher and even increased the value to apologise for the inconvenience. Really pleased with the service and looking forward to using the voucher.

I have found booking an experience (having been gifted a voucher) an absolute pain! Navigating the site is clunky and searching by map AND type of experience is not possible. Lots of small print and faff to navigate. Got given useless instructions by email. No phone support.

I would never buy anyone a voucher from here as I wouldn't want to put them through it. I reckon I've wasted 3-4 hours of my life and still not actually managed to spend the voucher.

However I would say the customer support people are very polite and do TRY to help, over email only. Hence 2 rather than 1 star.

EDIT - the comment below from the team is accurate - they bent over backwards to help me and resolved the issue. Upgrading to 4 star. I still personally think the website and descriptions are tricky, and would have preferred phone or live chat support to email, but the actual customer service was excellent in the end.

I was very impressed with the customer service at WonderDays. When I let them know that I had made a mistake in an email address for a voucher - they promptly cancelled the voucher (which had not already been activated) - and immediately sent another one. As a life long Liverpool supporter from as early as 1964 I have not been in the new stand and it was an unbelievable experience its absolutely amazing and until you get in there its hard to appreciate how big it really is i have had the pleasure of being in the old boot room and on the pitch when Roy Evans was manager touched the sign on the way on to the pitch and actually scored in the Kop end goal unfortunately without a keeper but it was still a life long achievement but although your not allowed on the pitch bow the pitch is like a carpet the staff were very helpful and knowledgeable would recommend the tour to any Liverpool fan one hundred percent

VR Spitfire experience was great fun but the hour went so quickly.
I managed to take off and land crash do a roll and a loop and went through tower bridge as well as flying around 1940s England a great experience which I will do again hopefully fight some German pilots over France or the Channel. Great fun .

I needed some assistance with a voucher I had been gifted. I messaged wonderdays and a wonderful woman called Lizzie assisted me. She treated me with amazing customer service and kindness with what was quite a delicate and emotional request. Her customer service skills made the situation easier to deal with and the manner she dealt with me filled my heart with happiness. She truly is a wonderful human being and I was very grateful with how she handled my situation.

I had to extend a voucher - i emailed Wonderdays & within the hour Lizzie had replied & provided the extension so i could use the voucher. Swift & personable service, with great & friendly comms - this is what great customer service is, - thank you.

My experience relates to how Wonderdays responded when we lost some experience vouchers bought 10 months previously.
No hassle, no annoying questions, no delays, just a very quick response (minutes) from Lizzie in customer support who located the purchase and resent the confirmation email and voucher codes. So helpful.

The experience is a gift for someone so this is more of a review of the customer service - particularly Lizzie. I was stupid enough to get mixed up and accidentally order twice. I emailed WonderDays as soon as I realised and Lizzie was excellent help, she sorted me a full refund for the accidental extra purchase with no hassle as all.
Hopefully my friend will like the gift, but it's also really reassuring that she can exchange to something else if she'd prefer.
