I contacted Customer Service because I had lost my voucher code. Lizzie got back to me very quickly and was incredibly helpful throughout the process. After carrying out a few checks, she emailed me a new code promptly. Excellent customer service. Thank you.

I was given vouchers as a gift and had a few queries. I wanted to use the vouchers the following day so receiving a response from the customer support team just minutes after emailing was fantastic. Lizzie was so helpful and polite, all of my questions were answered straight away and problems not only resolved but fully explained! The support was 10/10 and I'll definitely be booking with Wonderdays in the future because of it. Thank you!

I had to contact Wonder Days on a Monday early because on the previous Saturday I had ordered aand paid for a birthday gift voucher for my grandson but soon after placing the order I found that he had moved. So I alerted Wonder Days by email (the phone number was put of action). It was a huge relief when Philip emailed me back quite quickly to say that my voucher had been redirected to the correct address. Well done and thank you Philip.

From start to finish this was a truly enjoyable experience, with an experienced instructor on hand all of the time to help if needed but leaving me to fly as I wished. The graphics are top class. A truly unique and very enjoyable experience.

I contacted Wonderdays by email, and had a response straight away from Jess. She was able to help me straight away, with details and direction to extend my voucher and contact the company running the workshop directly. I would highly recommend this organisation.

I only have good things to say about this company, I was kindly gifted a hot air balloon ride for my birthday, my mom’s partner had a voucher for one also. We thought it be nice to go on one together. Him and my mom didn’t realise that his voucher has already been activated again Virgin balloons. I spoke with Virgin and they couldn’t really help, they said the refund request had to come from wonderdays. So I emailed the company and Lizzie M replied, she explained that they would put the request in but it was down to Virgin if they decided to return the voucher back to them. After a few days I had a reply from Lizzie explaining they had now had the voucher returned to them and we could now book the same flight together. Honestly the company, especially Lizzie have been fantastic sort this for us. Many Thanks again Lizzie.

This ride was a birthday present for my friend, she had never been in a helicopter. She had a wonderful time. I found the administration great from booking to ride. My only 'gripe' was that, having been in many helicopters, it was a bit cramped in the middle rear seat. However, the fact that my friend enjoyed it is great.

Customer service is outstanding and Lizzie couldn't have been more patient, understanding and helpful! We had bought vouchers for a balloon flight to be used locally, but then the supplier was no longer available, and we thought we could still manage one further afield. But, in reality, getting up in the middle of the night to travel and get there for sunrise wasn't so realistic! But Lizzie completely understood, persuaded the balloon company to waive cancellation fees and reinstated our vouchers at full value. Would confidently and highly recommend this company for your gifts to loved ones and friends!

Lizzie was great - my voucher had expired and she gave me a grace period to help me out.

Had a lovely experience at the overnight stay for the Highland Cow experience for my Mom's birthday! Booking was a bit stressful trying to get 2 matching dates but the customer service at WonderDays is the best I've experienced. Super helpful and friendly, especially Lizzie. Would definitely use again and recommend to anyone

Dan was very experienced and knowledgable. I had a great time, making a hook and arrowhead in the morning, then for my 'project' in the afternoon I made a fancy wall bracket for hanging basket or birdfeeder - under the expert guidance of Dan. I went home very satified with my creations.

I had a few queries about the vouchers I'd purchased, but found Jess in customer services to be very quick to respond, knowledgeable about the products and very polite too. Also great, clear advice on what to do in my scenario, which made the experience completely stress free and efficient! Great job, and thank you!

The theatre seats acquired for us were amazing.We sat in a Central position in the Royal circle, for a spectacular performance of Moulin Rouge on our day of choice.
