We bought seated raised bed from Woodblocx. Wanting to make the very most of our space we asked for assistance from their design team. This is a free service and designer Calum helped us plan creating our ideal design.
The blocks arrived quickly and we began to build our raised bed following the excellent easy to follow instructions.
Ours is a largish project that took us 2 days to assemble, then 2 builders sacks to backfill and a morning to plant up.

There was a small snag, a picking error where we had a 6 block over and a 3 block missing. A quick friendly call to Woodblocx and the correct block arrived the next day.
It’s all finished now, great to look at, comfortable to sit on and super solid. We love it.

Thank you Woodblocx we will be back for more.

Excellent build quality, easy assembly, highly recommended!"

Easy to build when you follow the instructions. Delivered within 4 days of ordering straight to my doorstep

Very Good Product with clear instructions : Excellent Service

Great customer service from start to finish. Excellent product easy to build highly recommend WoodBlocX.

An easy process from the order date to the build date. Excellent plans provided with the purchase which contained all the relevant information and detail of the build. Easy to pay, easy to order and the pond is now in situ, with water, plants and lighting. Just the fish to add now. Fantastic purchase. If I had room I would order another without hesitation!!!

Easy ordering, straightforward instructions
Great customer service
Brilliant product
Worth every penny
Delivered promptly and with care

Product and service exactly as described on web. No issues at all. The accompanying links to instructions and videos for assembly are extremely worthwhile. Very happy with product and will probably use again.

Simple process from start to finish. The design, order to delivery and soon got going on the assembly.

Fast delivery. C-shaped bespoke low bed. Good quality and fairly straightforward to assemble. Added my own timber barrier along the fenceline. Just waiting for top soil delivery tomorrow...

The raised pond I ordered came quickly on a large, heavy pallet and everything was included; the instructions are clear and the finished pond looks great. Making the ground level before you start is crucial but once you start layering the woodblox it gets easier with each layer. Takes a bit of time and effort to get the pond liner into the corners, but the final effect is great. I'd happily recommend them.

A bit of a delay with delivery and no assembly instructions included with the order but otherwise I’m delighted with the product.

This is Lego for grownups and is easy to assemble and looks great.

Hard work, some disappointments on the way but pleased with the end result. My original design was rejected by the Design Dept but they were helpful in achieving a reasonable compromise (web site slightly misleading where it says "any shape any size"). Delivery was on time and product well packaged. Very surprised by how wet and green the wood was when first delivered. Left it in the sun a couple of days to dry out before commencing the build (I now understand that wet and green at delivery is normal). Wood heavy duty and should be robust but very disappointed by how roughly hewn some of the blocks were and even more disappointed by the very roughly drilled dowel holes (pictures attached). I expected far more precision in that respect. Some of the blocks had nice tight grain others had a very woolly and loose grain that gave rise to untidy edges (and a lot of splinters!). The build is on level hard ground so no problems maintaining a sound and even surface. Despite the level foundation I found the build much harder work than anticipated. Some of the dowels fitted easily and squarely into the recessed holes. Many others took a lot more force and did not sit as squarely into the recesses. This created some difficulty when adding the next layer. The dowel removal tool became an essential piece of kit as I had to try and adjust the levels to line up the next layer correctly. Got there in the end but it took a lot of time. The end result is pleasing and the wood has quickly mellowed to a nice colour. One of the capping pieces has already developed a split so I will keep an eye on that. I assume that if it gets worse then I will be able to get a replacement.

Excellent quality product, quick delivery, great value for money, and, especially, friendly, professional, and helpful staff.

Such a good product and great value for money. I love that you can select your measurements and it all comes pre cut and treated with simple to follow instructions. It’s been great additions to the garden

We decided to use an area of grass in our back garden for a raised bed planter. Having checked various suppliers of similar products and after a friend's recommendation we looked at WoodBlocX website and quickly decided to choose a design from them. With the help of Calum in the design team we opted for a bespoke design. We were kept up to date with the progress of the order and delivery was prompt. The assembly pack was clear and easy to follow. As the instructions point out the area you're building on MUST be level. This was worth the time and effort as it made the build more straightforward and even a bit of fun with family and young grandson helping. WoodBlocX are a great Company to work with, the product is top quality and should stand the test of time. The finished build looks fantastic and we highly recommend WoodBLocX for any garden project. We're now looking forward to filling and planting it. Thanks to WoodBlocX and all the team.

Get your measurements, choose the closest fit and order. Instructions clear and easy to follow. Great looking, solid raised borders.

I have used WoodBlocX before and this time was just as good as the previous one. The product is great and the instructions very clear - as long as you follow them to the letter. And the finished product - lovely!

I have been meaning to build a raised bed in my front garden for about a year but lacked time to build it from scratch. After looking at a few options online, I came across Woodblocx. I opted for a bespoke size and layout. I worked with Harry Paulin, who was fantastic. Communication and delivery times were great. I built it this weekend and was impressed with the timbers. I was expecting a few of the segments to be slightly warped, which is to be expected with timber as it’s a natural product, but to my amazement, everything was super symmetrical. If you have built Lego, you are already qualified to take this on. Just take your time and follow their instructions (they have loads of videos), and you will do great.
