Amazing pro I brought a barbecue back in July took over 4 months to be delivered after a lot of emails chased...the customer service from this campany is absolutely non existing pallet arrived to find out was a part missing... Contact then...to be told is on way in a different delivery again took over 7 weeks to complete arrive.. Amazing product don't get me wrong I save up over £775 for this barbecue but the campany is a disgrace disregarde to a customer... Avoid at all... I won't be recommending this campany to any one

Well, we ordered an 80 cm wood-fired pizza oven to be delivered by the end of September. We had to chase to get any information on the delivery nothing was forthcoming from the company. Eventually, after two missed delivery deadlines, the oven has been delivered. Two months late. On a pallet, but on a lorry without a crane. So, the oven couldn't easily be positioned where we needed it to be. If they simply kept you in the loop everything would be fine. But you are just left guessing. Shame as their faults could be easily fixed.

Purchased one for my wife for Christmas so we are still waiting for the delivery but I have great hopes as few of our friends already own such oven and we have heard good feedback from them.

Bought one for the garden, great on a summers day!

These pizza ovens are the swiss knives of the cooking world! You pay for the quality, remember that, otherwise you can just buy a cheap analog from your local retailer, but if you are serious about cooking pizza's in the real oven then this is your call.

This is my second woodfired pizza oven I have purchased within the last decade or so, and I have to say this one is much much better. My previous oven came from Asian supplier and there was a clear lack of quality and the new that I just got from here is just so much better than the old. They do live up to their good name! Thanks again.

Ordered in May. Delay after delay after delay. Asked to accept a different oven which they supposedly had in stock. Arranged delivery. Only to be delayed again into November! 6 months laterally! Called them out on poor customer service, their excuses being unbelievable so after approachin 6 months they decided to cancel and refund. As if they ever intended to fulfil the order. Avoid! Let's see if they actually do refund in an orderly fashion.

I ordered a Pizza oven in early June and after a 17 week wait I finally received it today. I'm glad I waited, the oven looks fantastic and will fit well in my outdoor kitchen.

Regarding the communication that others have mentioned; I did not experience the same problems with the communication and the status of/reason for delay with the manufacture of my oven was clearly explained (this related to specific options that I had ordered and the ongoing COVID-19 situation).

Overall, I had no problems with ordering my pizza oven from this company and with patience, have received a fantastic oven.

Update on the invisible pizza oven.
Once launching a complaint with PAYPAL following no response to several emails we received a response and a refund within an hour.
Call me suspicious but this company isn't trading anymore and is just trying to hold on to our money, shame on you.

I really can't fault the product or the service. Seeing all the reviews about long delivery times and the warning on their website about increased delivery due to Covid 19, I decided to contact Wood Fired Pizza Oven and ask which ovens were available from stock? I received an email the following morning letting me know what was available, I ordered and received my pizza oven just over 1 week later. It arrived in perfect condition. I can't wait to get it fired up and start cooking my Pizza

AVOID AT ALL COST Pizza oven came damaged all the concrete missing out from behind the shelves chunks of bricks missing £1500 later and they don't reply to emails taking to small claims court as this looks like the only way forward appalling customer service

Ordered in good faith with a delivery window of 4-6 weeks.

I was given a delivery date of 9th June (6weeks). The day before I emailed to double check as arranged for builders, crane etc. That night told it was delayed for 2-3 weeks.

Understanding of the unique Covid period we are in I accepted and moved on. 2 weeks later I chased again to be told it was delayed further, but that they were ‘confident it would be delivered as they were back on track’.

2 weeks (after I chased up again) later I was told it wouldn’t be ready until August (no idea really if beginning or end).

At which point I was offered the option of a refund or wait - but no real commitment on date.

So I cancelled and my money is refunded. But 2 months down the road no oven.

They should have been straight about delivery time’s.

To be fair, they were fairly responsive and did not hesitate to refund when asked.

From what I understand they do deliver a good product, I think this was mostly about their supplier letting them down on this occasion.

I have ordered elsewhere now, another 6weeks wait but I was left with no confidence in this company so had little choice.

This is the worst company I have ever purchased from! Ordered & paid in full 15th May, given delivery date of 10th June! Emailed numerous times with no response until midnight on 9th June, blamed office girls for not replying to emails (how unprofessional), your oven will be 2-3 weeks, which is Covids fault and no apology!! Another 3 weeks of no response and then an email to say another 4 weeks delay and we have other customers who would want this, you want a refund!! Followed by another email saying "Go elsewhere, your getting a refund"!! We never asked for one, we never harassed this company! Their customer service is APPALLING, actually it's non existent!! I would not recommend this company to anyone, complete non professionals!!! Still waiting on an apology!!

First thing worth noting is that customer support is a little poor, I guess they are busy but I would expect more from any company. No phone support and emails responses are delayed and minimal. After reading the other customer reviews on here I was very nervous. That said, I received my superior oven today and it looks awesome. Quite the beast the packing weight from the freight weight from the shipping company was 750Kg!. But I can confirm that the company is legitimate and the goods certainly seem to be great quality. Cant wait to get cooking. Order to delivery was 9 days as they had a cancellation

is there anybody out there who has actually received their oven???? I have been waiting since May promised delivery dates which have failed??
Does this company actually exist?
