we are extremely busy as you probably imagine, sending the same email 17 times in the space of 10 mins, is really silly and child like behaviour, its what I would expect from my 10 year old

On this occasion we will grant you your refund, as mentioned we are extremely busy, you are very different to our usual lovely customers.

We ordered and paid for an oven in April. We are very aware of the global effects of COVID-19 however communication is key. To date we have had two promises of a delivery, neither of which has happened. If you are unable to deliver just be honest with your customers and they will understand. Their telephone is unmanned with a pre-recorded message and no option to leave a voicemail and they are selective about which emails they respond to. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

I purchased a wood fired pizza oven and paid for it in full via Pay pal. I received an email the same day thanking me for my business and confirming my order. A week later I emailed them to ask if they had any news on my order and I received no reply. I emailed for a second time 10 days later and explained I was worried as no one had been in contact with me. Finally 11 days later I had a reply saying that there would be an extra delivery cost of £50 and how would I like to pay. I emailed back and explained that I had already made the payment and there was no mention of any “extra” delivery costs. I refused to pay the charge so they cancelled and refunded my order. I’ve wasted 2 weeks waiting for our pizza oven. It’s a shame, we run several catered and self catered properties in the French Alps and will be installing ovens in the gardens of all of our properties, we just won’t be using this com many to supply them. They have lost a decent order due to their poor customer service and greed.
