Fast response, sample as requested

Easy to follow website and online ordering and kept updated on progress at every step up to and including delivery- also had a question which was answered quickly- would definitely recommend

Easy to order samples and they came through quickly

The sample came and they give you a good idea of what the real thing will be like .
The only thing is that I wasn’t able to track my sample order ,so if your in a hurry for a sample give yourself a couple of weeks to receive it just incase it takes longer than it says
But apart from than that it’s a 👍

Have been keeping updated all the time

WC requested a review so I’m reviewing what’s happened so far
Ordered samples yesterday and had an email this morning saying they are being dispatched - process and communication very good

Great service

Can’t offer a review as the sample I ordered hasn’t arrived.
Would say though, after waiting g a week for it, I then received a note on comp slip advising it wasn’t available. Quick email wound gave been more efficient than a typed label on a comp slip…!

Great quality and good value worktops. Great communication and great delivery service. All in all a very positive experience. Thanks Worktop City.

Ordered some samples off them and they arrived quickly

I ordered the samples easily. Great choice of designs

Able to order free samples, arrived promptly

Excellent price and fantastic service. Special mention to the delivery service, I was kept informed and could choose my delivery day. Driver was friendly, efficient and all round excellent. Really impressed with this company and would definitely recommend to others.

I ordered some worktop samples and was glad to receive them, as they were essential in helping me choose the right color and texture. You do need to be patient, though—it took nearly 10 days for the samples to arrive.

Quick delivery good quality goods, thank you

A fantastic company that offers free samples which is great when deciding what colour worktop suits the new kitchen as it takes the pressure off getting it right the first time. Easy to order. Quick delivery.

Slick website which I'd love to order from but the product pages lack detail to help me design the kitchen. The base unit blind corner doesn't give dimensions for the corner moulding and no design software is offered to ensure it will fit in the kitchen floor space I have. I called the number for "Expert Advice" and didn't really get much help. Product pages should have detailed dimensions of all parts and a kitchen designer would be super useful.
